It freezes up quite a bit, it doesn't charge on the rapid charger very fast.

It's a great phone but I don't like it very much. It's just too small for me.

My child is adamant on getting this line of Samsung phones, its his 3rd.

Good design but the screen doesn't react promptly. Lag and poor sensitivity.

The phone looks nice but the I have had problems with the phone. I contact the provider and still working through somethings. If that is the problem. I was happy with my old phone but wanted a change and now I'm sorry I did it.

I don't like the combined SD and Sim chip slot. Opening slot with tool caused it to pop out and both chips flipped out. This is okay if I happen to be home -- would have been a disaster if I had been on the edge of the Grand Canyon! Also don't like fact I couldn't replace the battery.

I wish I had never gotten this phone. This phone seems like a rushed process on part of Samsung. This phone gets hot just by being on the charger or in simple use. It will not keep a charge despite getting a chance to charge to full capacity. I have only had this phone for a month. Despite telling the manufacturer that I could not afford the options that they provided, I was told that there was not much that they could do. It seems that no matter how much I have tried to explain the situation, there has been no one that has been willing to help even at my 14 day time period(neither from Best Buy, Samsung, or my carrier, AT&T). I feel as though my money was taken, I am being denied proper customer service, and I am left to figure out my phone situation all alone.

Power &volume down buttons stopped working on day 15

I have spent with Best buy Samsung crews several days to figure out the communication problem with Gear S3. We think there is a problem in Galaxy S7, but cannot pinpoint. Now Best buy said nothing they can help. Very frustrating.

I had less than two weeks and it got so hot I couldn't hold onto it and had to use my insurance to get a new phone. This one only slightly better than the last. First Android phone I haven't loved owning.

Expensive phone. Expected better quality. Ended up with a broken camera lens after just a couple weeks and don't even know how it happened. After checking online discovered this is a fairly common problem.

Plan and simple, I took it to the water and my nephew SPLASHED me! Samsung has had my phone for over 9 days now. Do not buy for the reason of water anything! DO NOT TAKE IT IN THE WATER!
