Excellent phone. Never hangs on me. I use it all day. Long lasting battery. I love it.. Quite light in weight. Same size as 6s but instead larger display of 5.1" rather than 4.7". 4GB Ram is more than enough for whatever you wanna do on it. Its charges literally in less tha 2 hours every time and didnt heat up at all. 32g b of storage and very good camera. Plus its own features are great it's the best android phone out there I would say.

Battery gets hot while using it, back side is glass so is easy to break, over all not very happy

My Samsung s4 was dying and I needed a phone. I asked several questions about the S7 which could not be answered. I reasoned that since it was an Samsung how different could it be? Well, it is different and, not in better ways than my s4 before it stopped reading out my caller ID's and text messages with the ability to answer in a hands free Mode. no more hands free mode ergo, no more Samsung Phones.

Something's wrong with Best Buy phones. I had this for a couple days and the sounds wasn't working when making a phone call

Phone picture quality and Battery life suck. Samsung is losing grip on their product. Never Samsung again.

I orginally purchased this phone and got home and home is only 35 min away from the Best Buy. It got extremely hot that I had to sit down because it was starting to burn my hands and ear. Next morning i got up, and was on it for about 45 min and I had to sit the phone down because it was too hot. So i took it back that evening to Best Buy and got the 7Active instead.

Sometimes it want let me answer my phone, the swipe or button want answer.

I am disappointed with the galaxy S7. I have had too many issues since purchase.

I am unable to understand the popularity of the galaxy phones. They are too expensive for what you get. Nothing works very well. The settings and the set up are time consuming and confusing. The phone feels like a child's toy when compared to other phones. I will get rid of this phone at the very first opportumity.

not so great once you actually start using it. Like all Samsung products, the software is an absolute mess. They are destroying Android with their bloat and complete lack of quality control. Plus they no longer have Samsung workers to support me when it fails in best buy. Epic fail on all counts.

Doesn't pick up service at my house as good as my note 2 did.

This is my first Galaxy S model since the S3. I have to say there are so many improvements over all the in between I have missed. I think that this is the slickest Android experience I have had outside the older Google Nexus 7, which was stock Android. In the past I have read that Samsung's Touch Wiz is annoying or prone to slow down the phone. I can say with this unit that is far from the truth. Overall the phone is quick and fluid. The thumb print sensor is solid, but not flawless. The camera is very well suited for a lot of shots, dim light and low light are average but over all it is a beast of a phone. Battery life is okay and the phone will make it a full 24 hours if you use it as a phone only. Bought this straight from an ATT store and I really enjoy it. It is well worth the investment.

Love it! Not a gold girl but the gold platinum looks like cooper so I'll take it. I find it simple to use and only minor difference as far as set up, themes, sounds, etc. I thought I had a defective cell due to side button stopped working but after resetting to factory it restarted my cell and the button was functional again. I hope I don't have to do that again. I had excellent customer service and the males of Cell Phone central made the process bearable with their intelligent conversation of whether Mike looked like Jon Snow or not. We all agreed he kinda did. Thank you Robert Rudd & Crew at the Fremeaux Mall...I owe your team some Munchos. ;)

The phone is charged 3x a day. I have never had this issue with any of my other phones. Also hate "over the horizon" playing automatically thru my car bluetooth. I have owned less than 2 months.

Battery has a horrible life span. Needed to charge it at least twice a day. Just got rid of it, and couldn't be happier.
