I switched from Apple to Samsung a few years ago with the Galaxy S5. The S7 is a huge step up. Samsung continues to improve their product. I don't plan on switching back to iPhones anytime in the future.

Does phone is great call Wine battery life apps I haven't found anything wrong with this phone as of now. I don't know what can be better buying it from Best Buy or having this phone

I had this phone for one week and returned it. It's fast, but I had to charge it 3 times a day. It's a pretty phone, but I wasn't impressed. I'm going to purchase an I phone. This phone is not worth the money

Samsung has out did themselves. The camera takes clear pics with many options. The phone speed is fast. This phone keeps me on top of things.

I've been using it for over a month now and I'm loving it. The quality of the the pictures taken with both front and rear camera is awesome.

I finally switched to a Galaxy S7 after AT&T refused to carry the new HTC (I had HTC M7 and M9's previously). I loved them. I like the Samsung. Good build, camera, etc. Just hate all the apps they fill it with.

Began with the Galaxy S5 which had issues, so skipped the S6 and decided to try the S7. Have been extremely happy with the S7.

The S7 has a lot of features to use for a person on the go. It has a lot of storage to save games pics or movies

It's been good to me so far! 4 months into ownership it has proved time and time again to be a well built, water resistant phone! My only concern is the battery degradation. And the fact that I can't replace it. My S5 had this problem as well, luckily I could swap it out with a new battery. This phone dies in about 8 hours with very minimal use. If it's in heavy use it dies in about 3 hours. So I have to carry around a 10,000mah portable charger. Definitely not happy with that aspect of the device. Other than that it's perfection!!

all samsung phones are great but warrantry sucks. Phone stolen on Friday. Filed the report for replacement on Saturday. Find out that the deductable is $50 more than told. Made the payment and arrangements for delivery. Said I would receive an email when shipped. On Wednesday I got concerned because I hadn't received the email, so I called back. Was told "oh, we don't have any of those in the warehouse. We will have to send you out a gift card for replacement in a store." Gave them an email address and they said I would receive the card via email within 24 hours. On Thursday I still hadn't received an email so I called again and was informed that it was not the correct email address even though the person that took the call the day before said it didn't mater which email I used. I asked why they had not contacted me either time and was basically told that it wasn't their responsibility to contact the customer if something was wrong or out of stock. I call this very poor customer service. No wonder they are having trouble competing with other companies. Please don't ever buy warranty for phones. Not worth the trouble. Also had to repay the tax on replacement phone since it didn't cover that.

This phone is a great phone camera takes amazing pictures
