    Switched from the note7, not by choice. The S7 is a great phone. Camera is better than the iPhone 5. Easy to use. I wish the screen was a bit larger.

    This is my 1st android smartphone. I switched from having a windows phone to this phone & I am excited to be able to get apps that my windows phone would not bring in. I am still learning this phone as this is only my 2nd smartphone that I have owned. There are so many features on here that I may need to go to one of the classes that BestBuy offers for learning how to work this phone.

    The phone itself is good, but switching from Verizon to AT&T has been a nightmare. Best Buy gives you information about the process of switching and then AT&T tells you the process is done differently. If you think you will save money switching to AT&T...Think Twice! Ohl...and don't even think about the Direct TV bundle. Verizon FIOS is a superior product and is worth the extra $$$$.

    I love my new phone, however it did take me forever to get it to the view I liked with the icons. At one point while trying to install Samsung pay my phone froze up as it would not identify with my thumb print nor my password, I had to have the store reset it losing all my newborn grandson pictures. Not happy about that, but I learned a lesson, never start up a program I really do not want.
