I preordered the GS 7 knowing my GS 3 was dying. My provider wasn't offering yet but Best Buy was. Easy experience - phone all I asked for and I got it 3 days before it was released at provider. Were they ever surprised when I brought it in for activation.

Favorite phone I ever had its got the best camera.

I wasn't really shopping for a new phone but my 4S had run out of space and I couldn't even get my emails to load. Was able to get a new phone with twice the space for less than $15 more per month since the Best Buy salesman found that our current AT&T plan was $10 cheaper-something AT&T never let us know about.

I chose between apple and android and had to go with android for the upgradeable memory. Like the gold finish.

Glad they made it water resistant again, loving it!

Best phone I have ever used. The camera is awesome.

Had a iPhone since 3. Decided to try the other side. It's a great phone the wireless charging is unbelievable. Battery could hold a charge better. The Samsung pay is a great feature. And hello Google is nice but Siri is better, you need to be on a unlocked screen to call Google. Yet Siri u can call from a locked screen. The finger print reader is more accurate than my I phone5s or 6. It's a good phone time will tell if will continue to miss my iphone

I love this phone- much better than the Galaxy S6!

Has new features that my Galaxy III did not have, although that removed some things I liked about the III.

Coming from an iPhone 7, this Samsung galaxy s7 blew me away. So many ways to customize your device and make it your own compared to the iPhone. All the apps I used were ready and available on Google Play. Knox security technology from Samsung made me feel safe from the world. I am so happy I switched!!!!!

I was very skeptical about switching. I loved my HTC's, always have, but AT&T decided not to go with them anymore. And Sooo I changed. Speakers on Samsung is NOT the same, so listening to music, watching video's or movies, and facetime - very disappointing for me. Battery life is less also. Picture quality is less than what I'm use to and I use that all the time. Other than that, not a bad phone. Just takes time to get used to and learn it.

the deal on this phone was incredible compared to the competition. we have been android users and did not want to go to iphones, so we were very happy to see what Best Buy was offering. Having the Samsung rep in the store to explain new features compared to our old phones was a big plus. Thank you Best Buy.

Awesome phone unmatched by any other! Definitely not the hand grenade like the Note platform but a high end android. I've had this phone over 6 months and havent had a single problem with it. Its still pumping out high power, awesome graphics and insane picture quality. Highly recommend this phone to anyone!

Videos and pictures are very clear and vivid the camera takes excellent variety of modes and effects

I have been a Samsung purchaser for many years now, including phones, TVs, and appliances, so I am no stranger to their products. That being said, I had high expectations for this phone, and to be honest, I was not disappointed. Beautiful screen, fast performance, great features - what's not to like!

Our son switched to this phone and loves it. He's hard on them so the water proof feature is very sweet.

I love my Samsung S7 a lot. The camera, new features, updates, and everything. However, sometimes when you use the camera in a dark area the screen tends to flicker a bit. And it happens every time I try taking a selfie when there is not much light. Another complain I have is that the phone gets hot easily when using it. I understand that the device can get hot when charging it, but my device heats up quick just by using it.

The only down fall is is smaller then what I would like. Other than that is fast and world's great
