A great phone my son needed a upgrade from the old s6active this was a great replacement. The only complaint he has is battery life but he is on the phone nonstop with games and videos so no wonder it don't last long.

Great customer service for purchasing this phone. Very knowledgeable employees. Very very helpful to have a Samsung rep in store and offering extra help with extra workshops to learn all aspects of the phone sold.

Got this for my son for Christmas. I have the s7 edge. Basically the same phone but without the curved edges. I love my s7edge and he loves the s7 I purchased for him. Was a great price at Best Buy as well.

My Galaxy S6 was getting tired .... I was waiting for the S8 when I read that they were eliminating the headphone jack. That info was verified by a Smansung Rep at a Best Buy store so I bought the S7. Excellent phone

Bought this phone for my son, who has always had an iPhone. He decided to switch to an Android, mainly because he is interested in getting a Virtual Reality headset in the near future. So far, he really likes it!

I was nervous to give up my iPhone since that's all I've used for the past several years. But the transition was pretty easy and it only took a day or two to feel comfortable. I'm really happy with this samsung

My first Android phone, had a Windows phone before. The gold outer case is lovely but the phone itself is already the best smartphone I've ever had. Would recommend to anyone. Great phone and purchase.

I previously had the Samsung 5 and upgraded with Samsung 7 because I thought the iPhone would be too much of a learning curve for me. Ok, I'm old and did not want to change. Big mistake, my daughter changed to iPhone and loves it. So easy. I have had my Samsung 7 for about ONE MONTH. I got locked out of the phone and it took over 3 hours to get that resolved. Then today it would not turn on! Yes blank! Took it to Best Buy and they said it was dead but a second sales person finally looked at it and uploaded some fix and got it to turn back on. He said I have to totally turn off the phone at least once a week or it locks up. Also the battery goes very quickly and I do not use the phone that much. Crazy stuff!. Best Buy staff have been great but I am very worried I have a "lemon" $700 Samsung 7 for two more years and my son upgraded to the Samsung 7! I am worried.

We usually go through ATT for all of our phones and this time we got his phone through Best Buy and the insurance/warranty through Geek Squad. What a much better experience. The phone is great and so is Best Buy.

I'm a dedicated Samsung phone user and still getting used to this as my old one crashed and died after many years. So far I have been able to figure out most functions.... Except for how to bring a contract to the home screen.... the Samsung team at best buy is fantastic and I will bring it in when I can.

We purchased these to replace our outdated phones. They work great and the value was excellent. The store employees were extremely helpful getting these to work on our cricket network. This is my wifes phone.

it is ok but different from the S5 I really don't care for it that much It takes nice pictures but I don't like the voicemail set up and I was misinformed about the monthly cost I guess it is good for phone savvy people That is it Bye bye
