My phone was able to be purchased on the day that it came out,due to an awesome sales staff. I had to wait a little bit because there was a big line, but the reassured me that I would get,kudos the the sales staff.

Decided to get the S7 because my S6 only lasted a little over a year. Couldn't afford the S8. Got a great deal at best buy. I shopped around and best buy blew away the other competitors pricing for the S7 including Costco and At&t. I like the S7 functions way better than my S6. Lets hope it last longer.

I love this phone so much that I bought this one for my wife. I recommend having the same phone so it is easy to share and figure out when things go odd on her phone because I am so familiar with it.

If I have owned multiple Samsung Galaxy phones and always liked them. Only complaint is phone sometimes automatically calls people when your trying to voice text. And it's not just an issue with this one. I purchased one for my wife also and same thing. My friend has a s7 that also does the same thing

Ive always had galaxy phones...my s4 lasted quite a while so this was a nice upgrade...only thing i do not like is non replaceable battery...hoping life in this version is better than older versions

I am so glad they made it waterproof because now I don't have to worry about dropping it when my grandson plays with my phone... And I can buy the commuter series for Otterbox instead of the bulky one....

So far I like everything about this phone. Still have to learn to use all of its features and I will eventually get there. Last couple of phones have all been Samsung's, so I wasn't going to change.

The phone is good, it can do things my old iphone never could, however, the battery is not exceptional, but the versions of this phone that have bigger batteries catch fire so I went with this. This phone does get warm at times if running an intense app (like a game), but it doesn't typically get hot.

Trouble with back melting off. Hard to update without losing things

First thing I noticed was that the phone gets fairly warm when used almost to the point of being uncomfortable to hold. Once I put a case on I don't notice the heat as much but I still think it gets warmer than any other phone I have used. Asked the Samsung rep in store and he didn't seem to be concerned

This was a phone for my 14 year old daughter. She went from a Moto X to a Samsung Galaxy 7. The phone is great. The glass screen cover broke very quickly after purchase - we prefer the plastic covers.

Well, it is the newest so I guess it goes without saying that it's the best I've used. But - it's got upgrades and features I didn't know about, which is just awesome. I'd highly recommend it to anyone.

I really prefer the Samsung Galaxy. I think they are so much easier to use than the Iphone. Alot of times you even get free downloads where you don't with the Iphone. I am still learning alot about it.

Amazing service. I broke my phone and needed a new one quickly. They gave me all the options and did not push an agenda. Once I signed up, they added on discounts. Could not ask for a better experience.

Samsung is one of the best in the industry and this phone was a solid choice. it didn't have any major flaws but it became outdated very quickly like most phones are. All the features worked fine and the build quality on it was impeccable.

I've had cell phones starting in the early 90's with a Motorola installed car phone. Never had a phone with such high quality voice and speaker. Am totally amazed at the things that this phone can do!

My old phone died and I needed a new one STAT. The S7 is great, but has a few apps that cannot be removed. And I ended up downloading a different music player and clock apps (the installed clock won't let you use your music library for the timer). Overall, it's good hardware and easy interface.

When I had the phone 3-4 days it locked up and Best Buy Samsung reps had to factory clear the phone to start everything over. Not a good start. Since then I've been pretty happy - it's a learning experience just using the phone - it's my first smartphone. Hope to attend Samsung class at Best Buy.

Does everything I need it to and so much more. Samsung leads the way! Smooth OS, love it it in the VR, BT connects on everything I've used it with, and no issues to date! SD card also a huge plus!

My husband is a samsung user I am an iPhone fan, testing this phone for purchase was perfect for him. Great sleek look at the gift card for purchasing the phone in the store was well worth it.
