We purchased these to replace our outdated phones. They work great and the value was excellent. The store employees were extremely helpful getting these to work on our cricket network.

Best Buy mobile messed up billing plan. They were to add the two phones to my original shared data plan. Instead they put a seperate plan on and it was going to cost me an extra $200!

Light weight protection. Only complaint is access to the USB port. I'm afraid eventually the tab will break off compromising the integrity of the case. Solution is the wireless charger.

I had to return my Samsung Note because of the battery issues so I selected this one. I really wanted to keep my note so I was not excited to get the S7. Now that I have it, I love it.

I bought this phone as I wanted to try something away from Apple, but after about 6 months I don't feel so happy with the decission to buy Samsung. Phone heats up very fast and looses charge very fast . I can even feel the heat of the phone when I keep it in my pant jeans.

I got it for wifey and I'm stuck on my iPhone for the time being and I have to say I'm jealous, this is a far superior phone over mine.

Switched to droid after many years with iPhone. Could not deal without audio jack. Glad I made the switch. The hardware is so much better. I will say iOS is better operating system

Basically there is nothing about this phone that I do not like. The only thing I'm not a fan of is the Alarm that comes programmed, but I found a different one. Love my Galaxy 7

Got this as the upgrade refresh for our nephew who is So Korean and here studying as a foreign exchange student. He chose the S7 over an iPhone. It's a nice phone and he likes it.

Love my S7, and so glad that it has the wi-fi calling feature so if I dont have reception I can still make/receive calls and text messages if I'm connected to my wi-fi at home.

I recently switched from an iPhone. I was hesitant having been an Apple junkie for the last ten years. Hands down, the best choice I've made. The Galaxy is a fantastic phone.

Overall very good phone however I currently on the LG v20 and it wasn't worth the upgrade monthly fee for me. Especially when the v20 only cost me a $100 Insurance claim fee

I got this as an upgrade to my S5. It is a great phone. I like that they brought the external storage card back after taking it away on the S6. Great alternative to an iPhone.

I wasn't going to store for a phone....but a tablet...decided to get both, there was a really good offer. I do like my phone...lots of great features. Happy I decided to get it.

I haven't used IPhone since the 4series. And I won't go back. Samsung and Android all the way. This phone is awesome, and I'm so glad they went back to an expandable memory slot.

This is a great phone. One thing with all "smart" phones is that they are smarter then me. I do however like options that my 6 didn't have. Especially the tethering. Cool stuff.

Had a few models of the galaxy family and just like anything in a series, you have that great familiarity and a few new features that don't take away from what i love about this phone, but make it better. Excited to see the 8 but will hang on to this for a bit.

This is my second Samsung phone and it is an improvement on my S5 except for the phones reception. It does drop calls more than my previous phone. Otherwise it is much better.

This is my 2nd case. First one is still like new, but had to get new one because I got new phone and the openings on old case did not match to new phone. Very durable case.

I absolutely love this phone. I love the fact that you can customize the features something I was not able to do with my Iphone.
