Best Buy, Frederick, Md., did an absolutely incredible job during the purchase process. Particularly since the device was "factory unlocked" and not tethered to any specific carrier. I outfitted the device with appropriate body armor and 64 gb of additional micro SD memory. Thus far the product has exceeded every expectation. I must admit being an ardent Samsung flip phone user, primarily because of concern about the phone's fragility. However, after considerable research, Samsung's technology, and the overall design made the choice rather easy. If you treat the device as a small form factor computer, and enjoy the technology, in my opinion, you can't live without one. Easy Peazy, I eat this stuff for breakfast. Great job Samsung. Excellent experience thus far. And without much additional fanfare, I offer a "Tip Of My Hat to Devin," the Best Buy sales manager, who helped make all this happen. Awesome guy to deal with, always willing to help the customer. A promotion is certainly in order. Semper Fidelis.

Has the sorts of issues you'd expect with a $50 burner not a high-end phone. The S7 is complete garbage, save some money and buy a Nexus 5x or 6p. (Best Buy employees had no idea what phone they were selling me, the proper way to return it if I had an issue, or basically anything else useful)

Stopped working Samsung pay is limited on unlocked devices.
