The phone and the extra bonuses are great! However, the team at the Best Buy store were rude and non responsive. I returned after purchasing the S7 to note that they had not taken the taxes out of the gift certificates, rather I paid the $50 with my debit card. Also, the Best Buy employee had never offered me the S7 Edge. The three gentlemen made it seem like I was a big bother. I will not return to that particular Best Buy ever. I am a great fan of Best Buy!

Same size as the new I-phone, but less expensive. Has all the features I need, including quicker charging and longer battery life than an I-phone.

This smart phone is fast, the screen is great, everything runs smoothly, and the camera is top notch. The only thing I would want to improve is the mono speaker.

Get a glass screen protector and a good case for this phone

very easy to navigate to where I need to go on the net. I can actually hear when speaking on the phone. A great alternate when I had to give up my S7 Note.

Feels and looks a lot like the S6. It's faster, of course, but I didn't notice a huge difference. It's great phone, either way. I just wish it was smaller.

My first one was over-heated and then I could not start the phone and it had time stamp when battery was charged 100%. Then all of a sudden it went into rapid cooling after like 4 hours of burning hot and then the battery died. I called BestBuy Customer Service and they asked me to go to the store to exchange. BestBuy exchanged to a new same model phone as it was within 12-day period. The one I exchanged to is great so far. So it must have been fluke. I love the vivid picture quality and all the features. Above all, BestBuy have great, helpful and kind people. Thank you!

Absolutely love this phone. Wish I'd traded my iPhone in sooner. Better camera. More responsive. Doesn't freeze or crash like my iPhone. Better sound quality.

This phone is so fast and way more reliable than my old Galaxy S5. Get the wireless fast charger...it is an amazing accessory for this phone. Only complaint is that the battery isn't quite as good as advertised, though it is decent.

I had the Galaxy S5 and the S7 made tons of improvements. The star of the show is the camera. The improved contrast makes long shots or closeups much sharper.
