Great phone, holds charge well, excellent display, CPU could be faster, fast WiFi, water-resistant, unfortunately, the battery cannot be easily exchanged. speaker could be louder; camera cannot be triggered with power button, only volume buttons.

It was purchased as a gift to be used in a ministry in Israel.Therefore,certain capabilities were needed and the sales associate was both knowledgeable and helpful in helping us choose a phone that fit the criteria.

I love, love, love my Galaxy S7. I upgraded from an S6, which I also loved--but the charging port went bad and it would no longer charge. Happily, it was still under warantee. This is my second unlocked phone.

I upgraded from a Galaxy III to the Galaxy S7. The III was having several issues and I didn't use it for calling because of the poor quality of the speaker. The S7 has been working just fine. I'm still learning how to utilize the new functions.

This phone is amazing. So far, I haven't has any issues with the phone or the reception. Not only is it fast, but it gets reception in places where my old phone (Galaxy S4) used to be inoperable.

I bought this phone over the holidays, heard great things about it, it is a good phone, my only qualm is that I bought it at the end of its release cycle and in few months Samsung will release another iteration of this phone. Holds great so far.

I love my S7 phone most especially the camera, it so bright. The heater works good, I also love the fact that it regulate itself. Love the 2 Sony Xperia phones, the flash light key holder & the mini ipad 4 case I order recently.

So disappointed with this phone. No durability whatsoever! Extremely fragile. Purchased in December 2016. Dropped it from sitting position and screen went black. Not even cracked. $250 to repair. Was told these S7's are on the higher end of repairs. Not even a month old and screen shattered AGAIN today! Didn't even drop it this time. Was holding it in my hand when I pulled out a cart at the store and just the minor friction cracked a tiny portion of the screen and the whole thing went black (Tony as in maybe a 1/4 of a dime). Repaired it again, this time buying a beefier case and tempered screen protector so spent $310 today. So I have now spent more replacing the screen twice than I had spent purchasing the phone. I WILL NEVER BUY A SAMSUNG AGAIN! I have never broken a single phone in my life and Lord knows my LG has took worse abuse than this and never once broke! Rant over!

I recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy 7. This is my first Smartphone and I absolutely love it!!! Even though it may not be the latest and greatest on the market, it more than meets my needs.

Great phone. I'm very happy with this purchase. It's 10x better than my HTC phone and who wants an apple product anyway. Plus this one doesn't blow up like the note did. I'd buy two if I needed another.

Terrific smart phone with multiple features! However, as a senior citizen purchasing my first smart phone, the availability of Samsung classes at Best Buy really make it enjoyable and possible to use.

Super fast performance Superb camera Expandable storage via microSD, that was kinda Important to me, I had every Samsung Galaxy except for 6 you couldn't change nothing nor expand the microSD.

I bought this phone a little over 2 months ago and i have to say i love it. Haven't had any issues with it at all the battery does tend to die a little fast but other than that it's a great phone.

I bought 2, 1 for my wife & 1 for my sister as Christmas gifts. It was an excellent choice for me and both of them like it. Both are like twins so I decided to buy the same ones for them.

I kept my Galaxy S4 three and a half years and finally upgraded to the S7. I am very pleased with features of the new phone but I'm not sure if there's a downside to not having a removable battery.

Bought this for my wife to replace her Galaxy S3. She likes it very much. It is only her second smart phone. She took to it like a duck to water. A real keeper.... Both my wife and the phone. :-)

I've had several smart phones before and this one certainly didn't disappoint. There are older features I miss like being able to set up my music on text messages but other than that it is excellent

The Unlocked version of the S7 was purchased in order to get away from my past experiences with bloat ware that came with a provider's phone like Verizon. Unfortunately, for me the feature of call over WiFi is not included with the unlocked S7. Calls to Samsung tech support verified that not only is that feature missing but it's not possible to add a program to the phone that will provide that feature. So, after a week of research, I ended up taking the phone back for a refund, minus $35.00 and getting one from Verizion. Programs that I will never use on the S7 can now be easily removed and I have my WiFi calling feature up and running. A much better way to go than unlocked for what I am needing.

This is my 2nd Samsung Galaxy phone and I am really enjoying using it. There are only 2 things I'd like to change. The glass back makes it a bit slippery to hold and I wish it was possible to change the battery myself.

Samsung S7 was rated #1 by Consumer Reports. It was cheaper to buy this unlocked from Best Buy and then add it to my current wireless account rather than get it from the wireless provider
