Overall happy with purchase but I have 2 concerns: One is that sometimes I feel I have a land line instead of a cell phone since the battery drains so fast! Second, reception... regardless of carrier, I get very poor reception in my home and around Houston even though I am paying for unlimited 4G. Tried different carriers... so it must be the phone.

At this price point, Samsung should have stepped up with this phone and included all modern features. It really should be using USB-C and not the dated micro USB connector. Overall though, it's a solid device.

I love my new Samsung Galaxy 7. The ring tones are awesome, louder, and unique. All the features of this phone are great. I'm enjoying this phone better than the other Galaxy's

The phone is very good and continues to be very functional and easy to use like prior galaxy phones. The screen has great resolution. The casing is better than prior versions.

I've had this phone for 3 weeks and works great. Has many features and many apps to choose from. Not only can you get apps from the Google play store but also from Samsung Apps.

This is a great phone for business and personal use. Lots of room for adding apps and using the apps that come along with the device. The screen is easy to touch and flexible.

Control operations very satisfying. Perfect size for my hand. Adequate screen size. Haven't made mush use of camera yet, so can't speak to quality, but easy to use.

Bought to replace a note 4 that lasted 3 years. S7 is solid phone and operating system. Not sure what to think about back not coming off to replace battery - time will tell. Otherwise good phone.

This is a great phone in all the aspects. Except i wish that softwares upgrades especially Android OS upgrades should happen more faster. It's been almost two months i haven't received the Nougat update

I've dropped the phone stepped on it thrown it and it never had any issues. I just had to replace it due to running over it. I guess it didn't stand up to that.

Took several hours for store's tech to move my info from old phone to the current one, but she was patient and very helpful as she held on the line my service provider.

This is the best Samsung Galaxy to date through the S7 models. Like the clarity of the display, speed of downloads, ease of use. Great features at a great price.

Replaced my s6 active with a new s7 and liking the new features so far. Love the simplicity of the finger print to unlock screen and sign in to accounts. processor makes navigation pretty fast as well!

The service at best buy was much better than the product!! I have yet to get the location to work properly and the battery life is not much improved from the 6S, which was my main complaint.

This Galaxy S7 phone does even more than I've dreamed! Such an awesome phone, with great features and build-quality. Android is the better way to go!

We were using galaxy S4 earlier and were in dilemma to go for S8 or S7. The former was ~$350 more for an unlocked phone. S7 has all that we need to cannibalize.

So far this phone has worked perfectly. No problems. Used the Smart Switch program to transfer all my data from my old phone, along with the transfer attachment in the box.

Coming over from many years as an I phone user ,the Learning curve was steep but well worth the climb, never going back to Apple again... Samsung makes a great phone.

The Xbox is Christmas gift the phone and charger was for my husbands work the movies are also a Christmas gift along with the game controls. The staff there was wonderful.

We like this phone better than Samsung S7 edge. We exchanged the edge to this because the curved corners in edge was too slippery and needs much attention during handling.
