phone is nice and with nice feel and touchscreen..

i got an unlocked verizon samsung 7. it does not have a voice mail icon.if you get a voice mail you can not remove that notification and do not know how many or if it is new voice mail. i have been to the verizon store 2 times and still can get it fixed. i also get texts from an unknown verizon phone.now i have to turn it into best buy to change it for a verizon phone. this costs a $30 restocking fee?!?!?

After 90 minutes with Verizon tech support, I was told to return the phone to Best Buy. Out of 100 calls made on the phone 16 calls dropped and it never made a 4g call. The unlocked S7 has no Wi-Fi calling or Advanced call settings. The phone took up to 30 seconds ring after dialing the number, if it connected at all. Very disappointing, but Best Buy took it back, no problem. Thanks Best Buy!

Had to return this within 2 days as it was heating up to the point that one could not hold it. Bought the S8.

The s7 battery didn't last as long as my ip7 plus. The screen was to bright that hurt my eyes. I guess i just like the ecosystem that apple offer.

For the price I pay, I don't expect the battery can only last for about 5 hours of normal use, totally does not worth the money.

IDK if my product works because I bought an unlocked phone and cannot get the sim card for it that is compatable

Nobody tells the consumer you must have Wi-Fi to update your software on your Samsung s7 phone.

Bought 2 unlocked S7's and assured by salesperson fit for Verizon network. When activating first phone found different screens and less features than actual Verizon one. Had to return and get a Verizon direct on sale.

I bought this device a month ago, two weeks after I bought it I noticed that it started to freeze, while in a call the other party could not hear me OR I could not hear them!...My friends also complained of an echo and noise while talking to me...

This phone really sucks. The phone will not stay charged at all. Everytime you do an update on it you have to set it to factory settings or it will continually run the battery down. Geek squad was wonderful. They helped send the phone back to att. Will not buy another Samsung galaxy s7

Good phone but weak signal compared to other phones

Says unlocked and it is , however, with that being said, at&t advised me to return it because the software on the i locked version limits it's capabilities and not all of the features from at&t will work, returned it and was given hassles by the best buy employee

I would not recommend this product highly. I bought this phone for my fiance and the 3rd month it had a manufacturer problem. Sent it off with samsung repair for free since July 2018 and to this day I haven't received it back! Jan 2019.

High Heating problem with phone, if you use internet.

I had to ship the phone back to Samsung, because it had past the 14 day store return policy. My screen had some deficit before 30 days. Now, I am at the mercy of samsung.

I have used Samsung for ever. this one is the worst. full of trouble from the first week. I didn't get the protection plan, so best buy didn't even take a look at it. I thing I will change to iPhone after all

The battery went bad in a few months was replaced under warranty. Still kept going down fast. Missed about half the incoming calls. Just got the run around between Samsung and AT&T about it.

I'm having the same problem as with the last Samsung Galaxy I bought. It won't charge. It's been 4 months and I still have a phone that won't work.. Samsung really needs to fix their port.
