    Phone is alright, but I wanted the Note. When I got the phone from Best Buy, I was told I'd get the VR in the mail. 3 weeks later, no VR. I went to ask, they directed me to Samsung who was just as clueless. Phone was ok, but this situation was not the best I've had with Best Buy.

    The phone is fine, but I initially wanted the Note 7. They sold me the phone indicating I'd receive a VR in the mail. I later asked about it and they couldn't help me, asking me to contact Samsung. I've been going on circles. Good phone, but mismanaged promotions.

    I have had at least 5 Samsung phones and this is the first one that I have had any issues with. When it works it is a great phone but seems to overheat a lot and developed a line down the screen, never dropped will live with it for now.
