Headphone Jack Doesn't Work!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just got this phone yesterday and the headphone jack does not work! I listen to streaming music almost every day at work, and I can't use a speaker. This is the last one they had too, so they are telling me it's going to be a week to get another one! Or they told me I could drive to Brighton or Jackson (half hour drive to either store) to get one immediately. Nice support there; how about you ship one to the store for me instead of making me wait for a week? I might change my rating after I see how they deal with this.

Volume button issues.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This phone has several issues. Check the internet and you will see thousands of customers have purchased this phone only to have the sound button get stuck in or break. I take impeccable care of my phone the button just became stuck. AT&T will not fix it neither will Samsung they say we broke our phones and the will not cover the repair. You can not use any app as the volume button pushed down puts the phone in "safe mode." I sill have 20 months on a 24 month payment plan. Sucks!

Sucks
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This phone sucks. I will be returning it. I was never advised about the cordless charger or asked if I wanted a memory card. Not an improvement from the S5

TERRIBLE. DO NOT GET.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This phone is the WORST phone you could possibly buy. It doesn't run smoothly, in fact I haven't unlocked it once with out it glitching in one way shape or form. Just writing this review was a pain to do on it. Also, it runs slowly and lags every time you try to do something. JUST DON'T GET THIS PHONE, OR ANY SAMSUNG FOR THAT MATTER. You're much better off with an iPhone, because they ACTUALLY WORK.

Samsung won't back up product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I dropped my phone about 6 inches and the screen shattered. It's advertised shatter resistant from a 5 foot drop. I talked to samsung and my service provider, and neither of them will back up their advertisements.
