Good battery life and tuff case already dropped dozen times

Active S7 is a great phone, I love it, the only thing I don't like are the physical buttons for return and home.

Love this phone! Upgraded from a Note 4. Doesn't feel much smaller. Battery life is the best feature! Easily will last all day and well into the night with a fair amount of use. Still charges fast with the adaptive fast charger!

Great phone with lengthy battery life and durable.

After owning an iPhone 4 and iPhone 5s, I made the switch back to an Android and couldn't be happier. My text messages go through almost always (it was 50/50 on the iPhone 5s) and the call clarity, battery life - everything, really - is so much better. I don't think I'll be going back.

Samsung offers a great smartphone for those who do not want to be part of the apple monopoly. I have had other droids, but Samsung is my favorite. Between my husband and myself we have had S5 sport, s6, and now s7. The active offers the durability demanded by the clumsiness of my spouse.

I've had phones on iOS, Windows and Android, and so far this is the best phone I've had. I use my phone heavily for work, and with my last phone towards the end I was lucky to get 5 hours of battery life. This one runs through the whole day and still has 30 - 40 percent left.

Switched from Apple to Samsung. Still learning how to use device but much better battery life and picture quality.

THIS PHONE IS A SLEEPER. RUGGED BUT STREAM LINED. DROPPED PHONE AND STILL WORKS. SUGGEST YOU USE A GOOD CASE. BOUGHT THE ACTIVE VERSION BECAUSE THE 7 SERIES CRACKED IN FIRST WEEK OF USE. LOVE IT. NO I PHONE FOR ME. THE ONLY WAY THIS OR ANY OTHER PHONE GETS A 5 IS IF ITS BULLETPROOF.

Purchased for my daughter who has had trouble with damaging phones. Had it for about 45 days and so far so good. No scratches, dents or screen cracks. Same great features (and a few more) as the S7. Only regret, didn't know they had it in camo and got it in black.

I bought this Samsung phone because I am a Super-Klutz. I dropped it twice in the first 2 weeks. Not a problem at all. Really like the phone and its features. A good move up from the Samsung S4 I had for 3 years. Just the right size. S8 would be too big for me.

This is a good phone, and I like the overall feel better than the S6 active. However, besides the overall design, the software is exactly the same. And the front facing camera's quality is worse than my S6. Pictures are more blurry because you cannot take the camera out of beauty mode.

I bought this phone as a gift for my wife. She loves the display and the quality of photos she can take. This phone is different enough from the Apple phones she previously used that it is taking her a while to adjust. Nevertheless, she loves this new phone!

I love everything about the phone, especially the durability. It does seem like this generation has an issue with the glass getting scratches in it, as I noticed it within the first few days then went back and found this was a common complaint. Still would recommend this phone.

I had the S5 Active and was happy to upgrade to the S7. The only item missing from the S7 is the continuous scrolling menu. It was something I got used to with the S5 and took a while to adjust to on the S7. The camera is infinitely better than the S5.

This is a great phone. I upgraded from a Galaxy S6 on Verizon, and this phone, like every other Samsung phone I have owned, just keeps improving on where the last model left off. I love that it's much more rugged than the standard S7 and the Edge.

Got my wife this one. I have the S7 edge. Wish I would have got this one. Battery last twice as long as mine. Other than that it's pretty identical other than edge screen but I'm not in love with that. The green camp one is pretty slick too.

I went with the active for its sturdy design and have not been disappointed. A case makes the phone too bulky and the active doesn't need one. As with any technology an upgrade is always better and the phone is easy too use in all aspects. Wish it was cheaper though.
