I am happy with my rose gold S7 Edge. The battery life is good, It lasts for a few day if I don't play any game with it. Even I keep playing app games for about 8 hours a day, it still last for two days. I like the design and so far it is never hanged or stuck. Highly recommend.

I bought this after my iPhone 6S took a swim and failed on me. The waterproof IP68 rating was a great selling point for me. Although I do prefer Apple's App store over the Google Play store, the android 6.0 OS is full of features and customizations that iOS doesn't compete with. Another huge selling point was the MicroSD slot. I immediately popped in a 128GB Samsung PRO+ MicroSD card and I no longer have to worry about running out of storage. The screen is absolutely beautiful and OLED provide much better contrast (particularly darker blacks). The only downside I've noticed so far is that the screen (although durable) is a bit more prone to scratches then my iPhone was. I accidentally put this phone into the same pocket as a set of keys and before I realized it managed to put a few small scratches on the screen (not a huge deal as these are only visable in bright, direct sunlight and not visable at all elsewhere). I'm not a fan of screen protectors, so I'll just live with it.

The Edge screen looks amazing and has some great features. The phone is powerful and fast. Everything works very well. Not to mention the great battery life. I have had some difficulty connecting this via bluetooth to our vehicles, but other than that, I have no complaints.

Wonderful phone. Would not want it any larger. Easy to read and handle. The "edge" is a nice feature, probably unnecessary, but I like it. Great camera! The panoramic feature is fun to use. Lots to learn, but having a Samsung rep and class in the store was a huge asset.

I've had the Samsung Galaxy phones from the S3 on and have been more than satisfied with them since. This new S7 Edge is another great product. I know that I don't use the phone and it's features to its full potential, but there are key things that make me a return customer. The phone charges quickly. Listening to music on it all day at work and with reasonable usage (for a dad, not a teenager) the battery lasts all day and then some. The edge display when it's on the nightstand at night is a really cool feature. It's clearly visible, but not so bright that it interrupts sleep. The best indicator that it's a great phone is that my teenager that also has one (and probably uses all the features that I don't) loves the phone as well.

The battery is great, the interface is great, the look is great, the everything is great. I've been a Galaxy fan since the S3, and I can say this is probably the best one yet. My S5 was the last phone, and that one still works fine as a phone if I wanted it to. But I haven't regretted upgrading at all. The screen resolution is much better, the VR interface is very good, I like the games hub which you can use to keep track of all the games on the phone. My original model was defective and Samsung replaced it no problem. It did take about a week for it to get back to me, which did stink, but with the phone completely sold out across my region it was the only option. I was happy Samsung didn't give me a lot of grief and simply replaced the phone.

I've had a Samsung Note for the past 4 years until I decided on upgrading to the Samsung S7 Edge. The feel of the phone is great although I'm always worrying about it slipping out of my hand. Battery life is great and the phone offers an ultra power saving mode which comes in handy. My favorite thing about the phone is the screen quality and the camera.

The Galaxy s7 Edge has a beautiful, bright screen and all the whistles and bells we have come to expect of our grab-n-go smart phones these days. All the whistles and bells we are expected to pay for without blinking. I generally dislike reading reviews that don't actually tell you about the product, but only expound on the experience. So, before I go on about the experience, let me say that this review would be glowing about the product if only the phone hadn't dropped to the floor and cracked while I was trying to put it into its impact protector. Worse the pain is that I had had the phone less than 24 hours when it happened. The sting is still fresh since less than a week has passed. With any other phone purchase, I would have walked out of the store with the impact protector applied to the device. The sales person who helped me said to wait till the next day to put the impact protector so the screen protector could get a good seal and not peel up from the curve of the edge glass. While this may be true, the cost of a screen protector is far less than the cost of a phone. Even cracked, the screen is beautiful and responds appropriately to touch input. The front camera still operates and pictures are not blurry. The vibrate motor has stopped functioning after 5 days post drop. In researching this issue, it appears to be a common problem even if the phone wasn't dropped. Regarding the customer service experience calling for support the morning after the purchase: Called the Best Buy store where I bought the phone: manager said he can't do anything about it but send it out for repairs at cost. He said his workers had given me the correct advice regarding the screen protector peeling up and he could do nothing more for me. Called Samsung: ALL warranty is voided if the housing is cracked. Nice for them. Called phone carrier: Confirmed lack of coverage by manufacturer. Very nice guy looked up repair shops in local area for me and even checked Amazon for a repair kit I could use to do it myself. Called a repair place in town: They are happy to charge over half the cost of the phone to replace the screen. This whole incident makes me feel like a kid whose ice cream fell to the ground as the ice cream man handed it to me. And then the ice cream man laughed and said he'd be happy to sell me another for the new price since the sale price has expired. Since I am already out the cost of the phone and no one will cover damage, I get to reengage my tech skills (with the help of Amazon and YouTube University). Once I have all the parts I'll repair the item myself. Moral of the story: Put your impact protector on before you leave the store and accept that a cheap piece of acetate is going to peel up. Pity manufacturers don't make their products more durable. But then, there wouldn't be cottage industries for protection devices and insurance. There is never just the cost of the phone and the phone service.

I needed a new phone, so I picked this one up because they were throwing in a $250 gift card with it. I have a few friends who have the edge and they enjoyed it, so I just went with it. My old phone was a Galaxy Note 2, so I liked that the screen size was the same with the edge. After having the phone for a few months, I wish I would have gone w/ the regular Galaxy S7 instead of the Edge. The way that I hold my phone I'm constantly touching the edges which if you're looking at websites it a lot of times will scroll down or if you're holding it and trying to scroll up and you're touching the edge it will stop and won't scroll normally. I had heard that this problem isn't as bad with a case, but I have a case on my phone and it still happens. It's not the end of the world and it's a pretty good phone. Just annoying sometimes. I do miss my Note though. Wish those Note 7's weren't exploding...I probably would have gone with one of those.

First Phone I've Kept From Samsung

Finally Samsung has a great device on their hands. I've tried every Galaxy S and every Note and always gravitated back to the iPhone. I'll admit I still have an iPhone 6s Plus but usually I'll return the Samsung devices before the end of the 14 day return / exchange period. This one I have not. The S7 Edge has a solid build, great speed, no lag, no animation hesitation, seems to run flawlessly. Wireless charging works great (although I wish it had been the 3.0 Quick Charge, maybe the Galaxy S8). Also which Samsung had gone with USB C and the all glass design. I'm fairly confident with it because it's Gorilla Glass 4, I've watched some review / drop tests and the glass breaks on the S7 Edge where it doesn't on the 6s Plus. Really great device from Samsung this time around and will be looking forward to the Note 6 and the S8 when they come out. If you're looking for something Android, you can't go wrong with the S7 Edge.

Bought this phone primarily due to the 5.7 inch screen size that was offered in such a compact form factor. Have been using the device for ~2-months with no issues. Display quality is great and UI is even better since AT&T made the Nougat upgrade available.

I am still loving it. The size of the screen and ease of use with android phones are the top reasons I purchase them instead of Apple products. Also, Samsung has finally made the SD card easily accessible, but do not lose the little key that opens the slot.

Went from a Note 4 to the S7 edge. The screen is not as big as the Note and does not have have stylus but this phone is packed with features and looks great. This is an easy transition if you need to transition from the Note products. No regrets here.
