Best Buy has the "Worst" service ever

I still do have it yet. I made several call with a promise to get a call back, never received thar either. I was never given the information to purchase the Samsung online promotion. When I questioned it they verbial gave it to me. I went online and the promotion date had expired. I will never purchase through Best Buy again!

Buyer Beware

I was informed much later (after the return date) by Sprint that I would be charged an additional $30/month (OR I could just get a more expensive plan to eliminate the surcharge). After an hour+ with Sprint Customer Service I was able to get satisfaction... phone, fine... carrier, well, fine, but I had to fight for it.... Best Buy.. you should have let me know in the store I could have saves a lot of time.
