I like this phone more than the gs5 and the gs6; however, it is kind of glitchy.

I bought the Samsung 9S when it came out thinking that I should upgrade from my 7 edge. Big mistake - The 7 is superior in every way. Every change that was made on the 9 puts you through more steps and inconveniences. If you have a 7, keep it! If you can get a 7 choose it over the 9.

I like this phone. It has a big screen and is pretty durable.

Overall, the phone is the product as described. Maybe I'm a power user, but the phone battery isn't THAT great. However, the device makes up for it with fast charging. I also felt the deal was well placed since it Samsung offered a 256 gb memory card and Best Buy offered a TV. I would definitely recommend the device to a friend because outside the battery, the phone is excellent.

I am very happy with the phone. Has great night time photography abilities. Better than any Apple phone. The one thing I do not like is I do not seem able to easily lock private photos. No privacy considerations in that respect. My LG G4 I was easily able to lock any photo very easily without locking all photos.

My husband really enjoys the androids over iPhone. Use friendly and nice size

Love the phone. I am a samsung supporter when it comes to phones and tablets. Only reason i didnt give 5 stars is because i have a frozen pixel in the screen which is really noticeable using the VR and was going to exchange it out but didnt want to wait forever at bestbuy to exchange it out with another s7 edge plus be a different color. Fingers crossesd it doesnt get worse.

Has great graphics and is easy to work with. Always been a fan of Samsung.

Very happy with this phone, the ease of using it. Best Buy was great in assisting me, even with so many buying phones, he took the time to explain all. Thank you Best Buy. That is why we have purchased our TV's Blue Ray Player, phones overt the years, Refrigerator. The guys delivering the Frig were great.
