Good customer service. Had to change the note 7 twice. But the forgot to put my micro sd card back on this phone. When i xall they said they had it. But when i got there to pjck it up no one knew where the memory card was.

The Samsung 7 Edge was a little difficult for me to get adjusted to and I have big hands have had to get OtterBox for it because my hands keep touching the side and causing the screen to do crazy things over the phone does what it's supposed to do prefer a note but unfortunately

the upgraded OS pairs with upgraded apps, that work well on the device. still getting used to teh edge features, some of which are cool, and some are just battery drains. I like the capacity to support a 256gb microsd card.

I went back and forth between the edge and the 7. I read tons of reviews and watched the videos. This has been a great phone. The only thing I don't like is the lack of protection you can buy. Get the warranty with it!

The phone is great. It has clear and bright display. If in needs for a phone with plenty of great features, this it. The only thing is I wish the screen were a bit bigger, since I am a note phone fan. That is my reason for me not rating it (the s7 edge) with a full 5 stars.

The phone is serving my son well. He love android and Samsung delivers a phenomenal android experience. Best Buy has the absolute best customer service for all your phone needs. I will not purchase phones elsewhere

Really a great phone with all the bells and whistle I've become accustomed to by samsung. However I wished the battery could be removed and replaced like previous models as this doesn't hold the charge as long as previous models and I'm getting a bad feelimg about this.

I was in need of an upgrade. went to the store just to look, however for the price, features, and specials were too hard to pass up. The guy at Best Buy answered all my questions and gave me some helpful information.

My only complaints are a bad pixel and occasionally I have to press the home button 3 or 4 times to get my screen to come on. Of course when I took it in to have them look at it everything worked fine so there was nothing I could do about it. Otherwise this phone is great.

So far the phone is awesome. however, I didn't know that the back was also glass. It must have cracked while in my pocket against my keys. The front is okay and not cracked, but the back has cracks? Just to let you know. It doesn't affect the operation, purely cosmetic.

Functions are pretty good, but the device feels abnormally narrow, like the proportions are not right. The edge function is also a little touchy. Other than that, it seems to be good. Chose this after being forced to give up the Note 7. Was much happier with the Note 7.

I have been a Samsung customer and Galaxy Note owner for a number of years. I was basically forced to this phone because the Note 7 was not available for purchase. It pairs nicely with my Gear watch and my Samsung Smart TV. It's average compared to the Note series.

I was struggling between an IPhone or the Samsung S7, I'm happy I choose Samsung. With all the features and you can add additional memory with a SD card. You can't go wrong. And Best Buy has the best promotions.

I have owned an iPhone since its inception, but I felt a need to venture out and test the android waters. The phone itself is very nice, but compared to the iPhone it just takes to many steps to most things the iPhone does in one. Samsung needs to simplify its os!

I really wanted the Note 7 since my Note 4 took a dump on the fast charging. And Sprint could not upgrade me to the Note 5. But I was really surprised its not a bad phone. I'm still a Note fan but this will do.

The Samsung brand has been great as I and my family all own a cell phone product in the galaxy line up. This phone is great, would have preferred the note but battery issues have forced its recall but I will definitely upgrade again into the Samsung product line.

I love this phone and it fits comfortable in my hands. The only con I find is that I cat find a case thats fits securely over the face of the phone. I tried various sellers but the glass kept popping up

This phone is just so cool. Uses up battery a little fast but this is helped by easy way to clean up unneeded RAM usage. The rapid charger REALLY works! Awesome phone, awesome video, AWESOME moving picture feature.

I love this phone and I have been a Apple fan since the beginning. So much freedom with the Android OSS compared to iOS. Definitly great when paired with the VR.

I don't care for this phone. I have been a Note owner for years. The size of this phone is smaller. I miss my stylus. It's hard to use the keyboard with the rounded edges on this phone. Just not feeling it.
