I have had several issues with this phone from hardware problems to people not being able to hear me when the phone is on the speaker. Also I wouldn't pay the extra money for the edge. It's pointless.

1 week after the 14 day return policy the phone showed a line down the screen. Went into Best Buy and wanted to return it. The sales guy who had originally helped me and remembered me, and said his sister had the same problem. The Samsung rep was also there and both collectively dismissed me and told me to call Samsung. So, I went to AT&T, which I should have done from the beginning and bought the IPhone 7. Know anyone who wants a Samsung? No more cell phone buying from Best Buy!

I had this phone for a few days and decided I didn't like the "edge" feature or the size...traded it in for an iPhone 7. Very happy with that decision.

I don't know if I was doing something wrong in my time with this phone but everything about the S7 Edge was terrible. I will probably never buy another Samsung phone as long as I live.

Only got this phone because my note 4 died This phone should be trashed Able to enlarge font not the keyboard smaller screen. No stylus

Had to turn in a note 7 (best phone I've ever seen) and got the edge 7. Major down grade. Battery life is terrible, screen is not very responsive, everything else is average at best.

Most who buy this phone would have already done their research. Definitely leaps and bounds better than my Galaxy S5. Pros: -Smooth operating (best android experience thus far on a Samsung) -Amazing build quality (fit, finish, display) -Battety gets me through 15hr work day with about 17-12% battery left when I get home. (S5 would require one battery swap with about 15% charge left on second battery when I get home) -super good camera for a cell phone. Con: -slow motion video is choppy, not smooth (Samsung is aware it's a common issue and is working to correct problem through software update) Happy customer overall

Got it to replace iPhone , but regretted it after having it for a month. Couldn’t return it as it is past 15 days Best Buy policy!

Had a note and that got taken away so went to this phone. Not even close I returned after 8 days half the phone the note 7 was. Got iPhone love it

The touch on the edge screen is sensitive, and the entire phone is made of glass! If you do purchase this device, get a case for it ASAP!

The screen does not always come up for me. It takes 4 or 5 times to get the screen to light up . When I make a call the screen goes black.

I brought this product for my home but I don't like the battery as it drains very fast and I had to charge it multiple times a day.

Was not warned about the Google lockout for new androids.Put a password in wrong or for the 1st time there is a 24-72hr lockout where the cell claims it is stolen will not open.You have to not touch it the minute it does this or another 24-72hrs lockout waiting period is restarted.At&t y Bestbuy no help unless cell is unlocked By Samsung who gave us a Fake help ticket number.Item Returned after Google unlocked week after Father's Day.

I somehow broke the first phone in the first seven days. When you touch spots on the left side of the screen the phone doesn't respond.

Fast at first then it slows down as you use it. Fragmentation is Android's consistent arch enemy. Back to the iPhone for me.

Had never broken a cell phone screen before, broke this one twice in a week. Traded it for the 7 active.

Got the S7 edge as a replacement phone for the note 7. Pretty much a downgrade for us samsung note 7 owners.

I did not like this phone at all. It didn't feel good to hold, and even when brand new it was pretty laggy.

AT&T coverage area is not as good as Verizon. The phone is not easy to dial and answer with one hand.
