I've been with Samsung since the first galaxy and every year there phones get better and better. I think whenever they come out with a new phone the features outweigh the ones that come on the new IPhone. I highly recommend it you will not regret getting this phone.

I switched from iPhone and am not looking back. Some things to get used to though... like the battery working all day. I am not used to that! :) Some things are different that do need to get used to but after about 3 weeks I am sold.

I didn't want to wait for the S8 line anymore, and BB had some great deals on the S7 Edge upgrade so I went for it and I'm glad I did. I upgraded from S6 Edge and this phone improves in every way, there is so much to say about all its great features so I won't be wasting your time here, watch and read reviews. I only wish they kept it around the same size as the S6 Edge was, I'm still not sure what's with everyone's fascination with larger phones, but turns out it's the same screen size as iPhone 7Plus, but the device still appears and feels smaller, so that's a plus. My only other complaint is the Micro USB port. While it never happened to me, they always feel like they will very easily break and I have to be so super careful plugging in chargers, it gets old.

Let me start by saying that the Samsung S7 is a great phone when it works. However, there in lies the rub. About a year after buying, the phone started to develop the dreaded vertical pink line on the screen. This indicates that the screen is getting ready to fail. Looked up the problem on line and found out that this is a widespread problem. You would think that Samsung, after its experiences with the Tab S7, would have been out front on this problem. Guess again. My problem according to Samsung customer support. You have our sympathies but that is all that you get. This is the second Samsung product to have failed from a quality perspective. As a result, I have replaced the S7 edge with the Pixel XL and am very pleased with the choice. As for Samsung, it will be a cold day in H**l (and that is not H**l Michigan) before I buy another Samsung product. Great phone, horrid quality, even worse customer support. Not a great combination

Got tired of cracking my iPhones and rebuying the same thing. Haven't used Android since the Note 2, and I must say that it is much improved. The wireless charging is very nice, and the design of this phone is absolutely amazing. Recommending to my wife and other family members also.

Phone is light weight and video/picture quality are great. It also looks great in the color gold. I have not had any problems with the phone since purchased new.

We did a lot of research before we bought this phone. This is a first android phone from a dedicated iphone user. Phone has lived up to our expectations.

I'm going to give you guys a little warning before you buy this phone. Some of these units won't screen lock while you are on a call, and will launch apps if you have your phone in your pocket. If your phone does this, it is a defective unit, and take it back to your carrier for a warranty exchange immediately. Also if you phone starts flashing blue bars on both edges of the phone, it is defective. None of the Samsung Experience people I dealt with at Best Buy had a freaking clue of how to resolve the problem with my phone. I'm just telling you all, so you will be aware if you see any of this, you'll know what you need to do and save yourself some time.

I've always been issued a dumb phone from the company that I work for, and never had to buy my own phone so this was an experience. The Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is an incredible phone, and I learn something new about it everyday. Highly recommended the OtterBox case works extremely well with this phone to protect it

previously, I had a 5 model and hated the plug in difficulty, as well as other software issues. the 7 model has fixed every problem and is a great product.
