Never thought of changing to a Samsung from an iPhone, I have used iPhones since day one and was amazed of the greater quality and the ease of use of the operating system of the S7 Edge phone. Now I have to change my tablets to Samsung.

I haven't had a Samsung phone in years, but not that I'm back to a Samsung I love it. I don't know why I switched to HTC years ago but Samsung has won me back with this phone.

Let me get this straight, this is a great phone to take pictures in, but other than that, it has some issues. It scratches easily, There are more apps on an iPhone, and an iPhone is much easier to use. Also, The Battery life is horrible!!!! It says it is amazing but it truly isn't. It dosen't even last me a whole day! When it was at 100%, I used it for 5 hours and it was at 22%. And I was using power saving mode. I paid $800 for this phone and I hate it. I cannot wait until I get the iPhone 7 or 7s.

I love this phone. The software is face and the interface is extremely useful. The hardware design is simply gorgeous, and the display is amazing. I couldn't recommend this phone enough.

I love the Samsung Note 7, its unfortunate all of the problems it had. This is a good replacement if you are a fan of Samsung, Was looking at the LG v20 but they never had it in stock.

This phone offers the best of both worlds. Very user friendly and easy to manipulate. Picture quality is excellent

This is my first samsung phone and it is loaded just so much more you can do with it than an iphone.

S7 edge is a good phone, but it doesn't have much difference from S6 edge+; and the screen size is smaller than that too which is not pretty...

nice phone, it's a shame you can't get a decent case for it. I got this s7 edge about 10 hours ago figuring i would be able to get a defender otterbox case for it. They don't make a case to protect this phone. I'm taking this phone back tomorrow in exchange for the S7. They do make a defender case for that. There is absolutely no screen protection for this phone. Due to no decent case. I would not recommend it to anybody I know

I spent many months many months on deciding which phone to get. I am glade I went to Best Buy to finalize my choice.

update crashed phone! Samsung Bad Customer Service. Refused to help unless I give them more money! My S7 edge did a software update during the night and the next day my phone crashed. First it was stuck on the samsung logo then it tried to reboot itself. It crashed shortly after and refused to charge. None of the soft reset options worked. I bought this phone on March 1st 2017 at Best Buy. I took it back to Best Buy expecting it to be covered under the 1 year Manufacturer's warranty. They refused to offer me the warranty because of a small crack on the edge of the phone. (Note: this crack is very insignificant and happened over 7 months ago) . This crack has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the update crash. The many people that have complained about update crashes are a testimony to that. Best Buy Samsung Representative and Service Technician refused to fix the phone unless I paid them $250 to fix the screen first. Even after that, I am not guaranteed that the phone will be fixed or that they can offer me a replacement! I called Samsung over the phone and they offered the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. No solution to offer. No choice but to pay an additional $250 to fix MY SCREEN (not the hardware problem) even though it is still under a year since I bought it. This update crash has happened to so many samsung users. I am beginning to think it is a tactic to get people to buy the newer models. They are intentionally crashing phones with their updates. They are very much aware that the update has crashed the phone yet all their policies conveniently take the responsibility of the DEFECTIVE HARDWARE off of them. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN SAMSUNG.

I'm using this product from last 2 yrs. features r good . Picture quality is great but battery life is poor. I don't use my phone much , its for my personal use . just for few calls and couple of messages but battery drains very fast . I make sure all background apps r closed still the same. Recently the backside case is peeling off and the warranty is only 1 year. I researched about this issue and I noticed that there r many people who r facing this same issues with this phone (Samsung s7 edge) . Plz don't waste ur money.

They exchanged this for my Note 7 (Recalled) - The Note can not become available soon enough., this is a piece of garage, try charging it on USB, better have all night to wait, its freezes up, apps open randomly, the edge is too high so you can not hold it without opening apps and it uses battery life like I drink water and I drink a lot of water, just got off the phone with AT&T to be sure Best Buy would be obligated to provide me with the note, what garbage!

Freezes, glitchy, android nonsense. Good build quality though. Recommend for Samsung fans.

(on AT&T) $800.00 dollars, and this "phone" can't hold a signal to save it's life. After dealing for weeks with AT&T about the amazing number of dropped calls, I received a replacement phone and...same problem. It works fine in good signal areas, but can't hold a weak signal. Finally I called Samsung, and THEY ALREADY KNEW ABOUT THE PROBLEM. Samsung has no plans to fix this issue as the phone is selling just fine, thank you. If you never leave a good signal area, then this phone will work. If you drive anywhere...look for a better option

This is my first Samsung phone and it will be my last. I switched from an iphone and made a huge mistake. Should have done more research as Samsung DOES NOT replace defective phones – only repair. This is complete bs as I am spending $800 for a defective phone and cannot get a new one. I’ve taken Apple’s service for granted. When I had a defective iphone Apple gave me a new one. I’ve only had the S7 edge for a month when the screen started flashing and flickering. Best Buy is no help either – after 14 days they will not replace the phone and make you go through Samsung’s warranty. Boo to Best Buy for passing the buck. STAY AWAY from SAMSUNG and their horrible warranty!!!!!
