I would really say a 3.5 with me like the notification scroll while screen black, the text message side swipe is nice something new for me amd the overall feel of the phone and features

This phone would have been an excellent phone if it wouldn't been for such fragile screen. It's a bad design not to able to protect the screen. I would have given 5 stars but i can't.

Decent phone. I think the edge is a little pointless and makes it hard for screen protectors to protect the screen, have been through three protectors in the last month or so, now.

I am very familiar with Samsung. My previous telephones were Samsung Notes. I am somewhat disappointed that they don't make the notes anymore. I went to the next best thing.

I had to turn in my Note 7 for this phone. Not pleased with the lack of choice and options, but I'm dealing with it. I guess I would have been better off keeping my Note 5.

Voice to text seldom works...auto correct is horrible....makes up words so texting much slower....i soend mire time fixing words...tje edges are a pain ...not worth $800 !!!!

battery goes down quick. too much stuff always popping up when I didn't ask for or search for it. just pops up out of nowhere. I don't really use the "edge" option either

This phone is just okay. The signal drops on this phone often, and you can't search internet while on the phone. If I knew this I would have purchased another phone.

Somethings about the phone I like but some things that should be simple are a little more difficult to figure out in comparison to the iPhone. Not very user friendly.

I like this phone in general, but the case design hard to hold around the edge to keep the phone from freaking out and the smoothness of the case being so slippery.

I had the Samsung Note 7 and had to turn it back in due to the battery issues so i got the Samsung Edge which is a good phone but I prefer to have the Note 7 back

had my phone for a few months and already the button imto power down doesn't work. battery life is short. and internal memory is only 32gb. wasnt first choice.

Kind of disappointing after having the note 7 but the phone serves its purpose. On the other hand make sure you have a spare charger for work and for the car.

Great phone but the touchscreen seems too sensitive. Maybe there's something wrong with mine but it will type and open things while hovering over the screen.

Works well except will occasionally randomly restart without warning after freezing up. Difficult adjusting getting used to the curved edge of the screen.

I am not satisfied with the selection Best Buy offered. I requested the color pink. It was sold out, even online. I am stuck with something I don't want.

I just bought this phone in October 2016 and it just keeps getting too warm. I am afraid that it does not burst. It also drains battery sometimes.

So far my daughter, who I purchased the phone for says it's glitchy. So I cannot give it four stars. Phones cost too much for them to be glitchy

This phone was a replacement for my S7 Note. I'm not really happy with this purchase as I had a 64GB and 32GB is not enough memory for my usage.

I only got this phone bc of the recall on the Note7 which was an excellent phone while i had it. When the new Note comes out i will be trading.
