I brought my brand new s7 back to Best buy to help me get rid of a virus that appeared 2 weeks after purchase. The first week I had the phone, I took pics of my best friends wedding. Best Buy then swore to me that I would not loose anything and continued to delete the entire wedding off of my phone. I am dissatisfied with the S7 for having a virus so quickly and with Bestbuy for completely erasing my phone after promising they wouldn't.

Hard to hold, has a mind of its own. They dont make any cases that fit this phone well while being protective at the same time.

I'm not really a fan of the Edge. I was in love with my Note 7 . But overall the phone does what I need it to do.

It was hard to text on this phone. It wasn't anything special. I kept the phone for 10 days and returned it.

From the everyday use you get this huge scratches due to very little surface contact like counters and stuff

when I piocked up my s7 edge and tv, they didn't help me get it activated, and I still have not been able to activate it . I gort it a week before memorial day. it has bween well over a month, and it still isn't activated . sorint says you should have helped with that since I got it from best buy, and best buy says sprint should do that since it is a sprint phone.

To be the flagship phone it isn't that impressive.. had issues with screen within days of purchase

Only had S7 one month when it froze, ended up having to do factory reset. After going through setting up phone again, it froze again one day later. Samsung makes you send in the phone, wait 7-? days for them to send a repaired phone. I feel they should stand by their expensive product and provide a new phone. Support is terrible. Get an iPhone!

The frist week the back of the phone was cracked from a 2ft fall and had a case one it

I traded my Note 7 after the 2nd recall. I got the S7 Edge since it was supposed to be similar to the Note 7. It is still just a Galaxy. This phone is slow and glitches constantly. I'm just not a fan of the Galaxy models. Ironically, the Edge gets hot all the time and the Note 7 I had never got hot. Wish I had kept it anyway.

Upset because the promo the next week was much better than the one I received.

The phone freezes a lot. I expected more from Samsung, it's not that great.

Was forced to take something I didnt want. Sure would like my Note 7 back

Do not buy. This phone lags. For some reason I'm constantly hitting the wrong letters on the keyboard. Never had a problem with the note 4 or the iPhone 6 plus. Sprint is no goid either. Thinking about going with someone else. Bad phone and bad phone service
