I have had Samsung phones for a lot of years now and the S7 Edge lasted a week before it just burned out and unresponsive. The manager at Best Buy was excellent and helped me get into the S7. So the edge is history and the S7 is an excellent phone.

My Edge is randomly freezing, the screen may go green, white or black, and the phone makes a loud screaming-type noise. My screen has permanently turned green with lines that appear as I type. Its never been wet or dropped. its brand new

I have had iPhones in the past and decided to try out the Edge 7. Simply put, it's terrible. I think my old iPhone 6 is far superior and it's much older. I'm looking forward to switching back to the iPhone ecosystem as soon as possible.

I love the phone but was mislead by salesman about the promotion and when i tried to get what was promised to me i was treated very rudely and told by manager oh well nothing he could do. Not there problem.

This has nothing to do with best buy as a store.. I'm just very disappointed in a few things with this phone like battery like and capabilities.. I really miss my note 7 because this phone doesn't compare.

Its an ok product. Not sure we like the program now (Sprint). We are thinking of switching. Whats the point in insurance?? Or upgrades for your long term customers? If they get no reward?

I got this phone on 11-25-16 And sprint had to replace it on 12-24-16 It was turning on and off on it's on /I really wish I never gave up my Note 4 ,I don't like this phone at all

I have been a Samsung phone owner for many smart phone generations now, Since the Samsung transform. Upgraded from the gs5 gold. I must say how pleased I am with my purchase, everything just shines with it. The best thing I will say is the battery, so nice to know I can go all day with heavy usage still have at 40% battery left by bedtime at 10pm. Throw it on charge by the time I go to sleep it's at 100 I take it off and turn it off when I wakeup it's still at 100. I can go on and on. I'm a true believer again that they have nailed this phone. Sammy you get a 125 out of 100 from me.

The only reason i have this phone is because I had to give back my Note i was going to an iphone and the sales rep told me no that i wouldn't like it

Don't like it at all wish I never got it. Didn't have much of a choice because they recalled my Note 7. If I had it to do over would not get it.

This phone might look nice but it is a piece of junk. Freezes up all the time and runs slow. I'm going back to my iPhone.

Phone was working fine for the first two days, but on the third day it stopped workking and turned out it was defective.

The phone always freezes up, won't start, etc. When I do restart it, sometimes it immediately freezes again.

Expensive phone that was great when working. Screen malfunctioned 5 days past one year warranty! Repair costs $250!

After one drop screen shatters not recommended. Not durable very cheap for such an excessive price you pay for device.

I did not like this phone. I switched from I phone to smartphone and regret it. If you have an IPhone stick with it.

My sister's phone. Within a month had to be sent back to Samsung to get replaced. Not sure how replacement is doing.

Waited for the note only to be recalled and ended up with piece of junk!

Had to return phone due to issues and recall. Was not happy with Samsung, although Best Buy was helpful.

This phone overheated and cracked the screen while using my Samsung oculus. The phone was 4 days old!!
