I did a lot of research on reviews for this phone before I purchased it, and it had such positive reviews, I decided to go for it. Little did I know, it would cost a fortune to fix the screen when I dropped it 17 days after I got it. I don't usually keep insurance because I think it costs too much, and there are too many stipulations, you have to go to a sprint repair center which is not usually convenient, mine is 30 miles away, but thank God I decided to put it on this phone since I got 3 quotes from local cell phone repair centers in town, the cheapest was $210, but another dealer quoted me $320! So I called the repair center, and was told they do not keep parts for this phone in stock, and that I would have to mail it to be repaired, and be without my phone for 5 business days, but they couldn't guarantee I would even get it then! And no loaner phones are offered! so here I am waiting for it to be repaired, hoping they can fix it because the deductible for that is $100, but if they have to replace it, its $200! Oh, and let me add that I DID HAVE a case on my phone when it fell less than 3 feet onto the sidewalk. I don't want a phone where I have to be just as worried about it as I do my other valuables. I should have kept my galaxy 6.

This is my 5th Galaxy phone I have owned. Love it.

I love this phone it has all the features i need to complete tasks in my daily life.

I have had several samsung galaxy phones and this is another great version.

The S7 edge is not the Note 6, but any Samsung is better than the Iphone.

It was time to get a new phone and said why not the Galaxy S7 Edge since the Note 7 was recalled.

I have this phone for 1 year and 1 month,its not fast charging now and I have seen oyher complains about this issue online, samsung gave me a curtesy repair, I was out of warranty already, I was 7 days without my phone, and when returned the problem still persist, samsung invoice said it was repair and fully check, but its the same issue, phone is expensive to already have issues in a year, a samsung J3 which is about $100 has last longer,my daughter still using it and no problems with the J3 Dont buy it, read the reviews online its a commun problem with S7

I was a huge Samsung fan until today 9/15/2017. Last weekend my s7 edge phone discharged so I decided to charge it. Mind you my expensive phone is only 18 months old. Well for some reason as it charged I could not bring up the main screen. I messed with it for hours and it came to life once where I noticed it was in an update before the meltdown. Long story short tried soft reset factory reset, hours online and on phone with Samsung. Sent phone to Samsung in Texas where they decided if I wanted it fixed it's another $270 bucks...WHAT??? Are they crazy? So my phone melts down during your update and you can't replace it or send a refurbished phone even if it means saving face and keeping a customer? Your note 7 caught fire, my s7 crashes and you can't even hold out an olive branch to try to keep a customer who has been true to your product? NOPE!! It was at that point I decided to never buy a Samsung product again. I was a huge Samsung fan and braggart about my 800 dollar phone (now a paperweight) and they didn't give a rats rear end about my dilemma. I told them Apple would never treat me this way and the manager hung up on me. So much more to what these reps did but no time to air it all here. Just be wise and DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG PRODUCT IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE IT!!!! I bought my phone at Best Buy but they couldn't help me. If this stops one person from buying a Samsung phone it was worth it. 800 bucks out the window...ouch. Funny all my Apple products have been trouble free for years too bad I passed on the IPhone. It is definitely in my future now. Samsung you messed with the wrong guy. Your conduct will be posted everywhere that I have an opportunity.

The s7 or Samsung phone is the worst I've had. Forget that the phone never rang or that the vm never showed on phone. But the unwanted apps could not be removed like Samsung pay and at lease 10 others that should have been optional. The alarm would not shut off- had to cancel the alarm for it to stop. The picture focus took forever and the pic was not good at 3fl away. - so the search continues - there are a lot of other phones with same specs at half the price.
