Phone works great - sales repr not knowledgeable

Charge me for the outright charge of the phone, even though we were planning to pay for it monthly. Then switched us from an excellent old grandfathered plan to a new one that didn't even cover the full data usage of our phones (he looked at only 2 phone usage instead of the full 3 phones on the plan.) Not happy with the service, but love the phone.
