Texting nightmare. Edge curve interferes with texting. Photos are great. Have trouble with screen rotation.

I bought this for a friend, not knowing the 2 men at the best buy store would NOT offer or "forgot" to tell me about the protection plan, which I would have bought. Not knowing this, my friend accidentally dropped his phone from 2 feet and does NOT work!!! Now we cannot get another one. I'd rather not deal with best buy when it comes to phones.

I swapped from iPhone 6 to this device, and am beyond upset. I have no service, can't get a single person to help me, and did not get the gift card I was told that I would. I bought this on Thanksgiving day, and as of today not only have I not received a bill, but am still begging for assistance. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend.

This is the worse phone I have had from Samsung!!! Constantly freezing and turning off

The phone I bought was faulty. It would heat up no matter whether I was using it, charging it or not. After sending it to Samsung 3 times I'm finally going to get a refund. Would not buy it again.

2 things were wrong but Best Buy only gives you 2 weeks to take it back.

Camera is not good to take the moving image. Battery life is worse....

Seriously, they just don't put their best into these phones. If they wanted, Samsung could be better. But they're just not. Do yourself a favor and buy an iPhone.

I bought galaxy s7 edge I havedropped call issue with this phone, I try 3 carrier with this I got same issue, I go back to store no body help me

I returned this because it was not as fast on the internet and less bars than my Note 4. I'm now looking at a Note 8.

The phone just started echoing when I use the speaker, ppl can hardly hear what I'm saying. So disappointed with this product

I had to return the phone and exchange it for another because it was defective, and could not connect to the AT&T data.

I bought a samsung 7edge in November of 2016 and is now beginning to freeze.

Not at all worth the money. After a day screen was freezing.

In order to get Samsung Pay I decided to get the unlocked Samsung S7 edge. This enabled me to pick any cell phone provider, which was a nice bonus. The phone was easy to setup and configure. Moving my data and apps to the new phone was easy. Samsung included an adapter that worked with the USB charging cable to link my new phone and old phone. With free Samsung software this made the data movement a simple task. The phone has performed flawlessly. The new Android Marshmallow is certainly different than Lollypop, but it has been fun to learn. The rear camera is fabulous. It takes great pictures. Haven't used the front camera yet so I don't know how it performs. My S7 edge has some neat edge configurations. It was interesting putting a night clock on the edge that turns on at night and configuring some of the edge properties. After having dropped two phones in the toilet, the water resistance of the S7 edge is a real life saver.

The S7 Edge SM-G935U (the "U" is important) is a great unlocked phone for those that are interested in skipping carrier bloat. In theory this phone will get updates faster than carriers, though for some reason T-Mobile has the most recent security patch, but this one doesn't. I'm gonna assume the August update will happen before the rest seeing how it comes straight from Samsung rather than Samsung to carriers. It's smoother than carrier versions, uses less storage than carrier versions, and IMO last longer in the battery department. The only major con is no carrier warranties. I recommend buying the Best Buy warranty just in case, but that's just me.

I will start off to say I was a little hesitant in buying an unlocked phone instead of the carrier version but now I'm glad I did. Especially with AT&T phones now always having that Direct TV stuff on it and the 10+ apps for AT&T on them it really does ruin the experience. I was also worried about the 1 star review that says it doesn't work with AT&T but I had a Samsung Rep at the store tell me exactly what to do which was go to an AT&T store and have them program it to their network using the APN or something like that. The process took maybe 2 or 3 minutes and it worked immediately. Your gonna love this phone and especially if your like me and you plan to switch carrier in the future now I don't have to worry what carrier it us since it works on all of them.
