It's does what I need. Is every phone perfect...no. I really haven't had any major issues. Battery lasts me. Don't make many calls, who does now. Always an android user. Apple doesn't appeal to me

Never bought a phone from best buy...going forward I will always buy a phone from best buy...salesman was excellent and very knowledgeable. Great experience and would recommend people to buy from best buy!

When I purchased my Samsung g5 I was very dissapointed to find out that it didn't have a zoom lense. My contract was up, my 1st inclination was to be sure that Samsung had gone back to this feature, yes!

I think it might me a newer OS than i am used to, but there are a few things that are quirky. I do not like the fact that the Swype keyboard is missing from this phone, and I am not paying $.99 just to purchase it. Also, the Samsung keyboard is less forgiving than the Swype keyboard.

I upgraded from my S5 to the S7 and what a world of improvements. The phone is amazing. Samsung pay is easy to use and can be used most places even though the sales staff says that won't work here, then it does!

I absolutely love it! So pretty and works super awesome. Up till now I only got the cheap android phones. This is my first expensive phone and I am super happy I got it it is totally worth it!!! Recommend!!!!

I definitely perfer galaxy over iphone any day but i almost bought the new iphone instead of the s7 im glad i didnt because im comfortable with galaxy its very user friendly and easily accessible great phone

LOVE LOVE LOVE this phone. We had the S5 which we liked a lot but it was time to upgrade to the S7. Sleek and love the colors. I have the gold platinum phone with a clear phone case and it looks beautiful.

So over all was very happy from the inquiry into the phone the sales part and purchase. They were able to transfer all my apps,music and pictures over to this phone and ive had no problems and love the phone.

The phone is pretty good, I haven't had any problems with it yet. I've had the phone for almost 2 months now. I have dropped this phone plenty of times and its not even chipped. overall good phone so far

Bought this for my wife who has an uncanny ability to make her phone locate and deposit itself into a body of water whenever possible. I figure if its good enough for Lil Wayne, its gotta be good for my wife.

Battery life is exceptional, the pictures from the camera are crystal clear, and the quality of calls is first rate. This is the kind of "next edition" that should be the standard rather than the exception.

Huge fan of Galaxy phones. Had issue with the front camera lens. A line appeared when you would take a selfie picture. Called my phone provider because I have insurance on it and it wasn't past the 30 days, and of course they said they can gave me a "new one" meaning refurbish.

This is possible the greatest phone ever made.....at least till the next one comes out!lol really like how when you want to attach a picture to a message it splits the screen so you can still see your text.

It works well always scans for possible wi-fi connections. The keyboard can be difficult to use. I find that in many cases I type and it doesn't pick up the letter I tap. Or it frequently types the letter to the top bottom left or righr of the letter I am trying to type.

I'm a long time Galaxy user, this is just one more in that long line. I do love the color but otherwise nothing really different from the Galaxy s6. There may be something spectacular I could be missing but I haven't found it yet. I should've waited for the s8

Great phone and I would recommend it to anyone. It has a lot of features that I like but don't know how to use yet but will be tickled when I learn more about them. I am going to enjoy my new phone.

Got this phone for my wife, she is happy with he battery life, phone speed, and overall quality. But the screen is very fragile and was cracked soon after getting he phone

I've only had the phone for approx. a month now, but I don't have too many complaints. It does get a touch "warm" using the fast charge, but I expected that. I was able to purchase over "Black Friday" so I got the Gift Card deal as well, which made it all that much better!

I've had one a year and bought this one for my wife. Samsung pay is one of the greatest features since it works anywhere you can swipe your credit card. I did have the chage port site on mine after abut 8 months but Samsung repaired it under warranty work no questions.
