You would thing they could make a phone with a decent battery life after this many years, but samsung fails again. It needs at least double of what is has now to make it througha full day of moderate use.

After 1-1/2 weeks of owning the phone, the charger does not work. Also I don't think it holds a charge very long. Choose a Samsung Galaxy because I had a one previously for almost 5 years.

The Samsung Galaxy S7 is not that good of a phone. The battery is okay and certainly not excellent. The phone heats up quickly with just one tab open in the web browser.

Placed in an Otterbox defender (also purchased and installed by BB). And installed screen protector by BB and already had to have that replaced because of faulty installation. (the rubber liner on otter box does not fit correctly any lifts the outer edge of the screen protector causing just enough stress to continually crack the screen protectors) And now the camera lens is fractured. With the complete FULL protection warranty; will now cost $150 deductible to replace a Brand New Phone. Nothing but problems and EXPENSE.

I've had multiple Samsung phones in the past and liked them... but this one kept giving me issues... not sure what's going on with Samsung lately, but I've switched to apple.

I took the s7 back and picked up the S8 instead. Neither has a removable battery so I cannot give it more than 3 stars. Everything else with this phone seems ok.

I had the previous generation phone and liked it a lot better. This phone is lighter weight, but that's the best I can say about it. I just don't like it as much.

Everything works good. The cámara resolution is great because it is very clear. Only one issue, it gets really hot when charging or when it is expose to sun.

The phone itself is fine probably nothing different then any other phone but not happy with the sprint service due to not being able to talk and use data at the same time. Also the customer service at bestbuy when i bought the phone was terrible. I just paid for the phone and it was handed to me and i was told to set it up myself and if i had any questions not to come back for at least a week. It is still not completely set up. I wont be buying another phone from bestbuy again.

I just received new (REFURBISHED) Samsung Galaxy S7, no thanks to help from Best Buy or Samsung. The phone would not charge properly from day one and after three weeks it just wouldn't power on at all. Went back to Best Buy and was told there was NOTHING they could do about it - they directed us to Samsung, assuring us they would overnight a brand new phone to us - NOT SO, SAMSUNG told us it would be 7-14 days to get the phone fixed and sent back. Samsung said they do NOT replace phones and would either repair this one or send us a refurb and that it would take 7-14 days. THANK YOU SPRINT for taking care of us - new phone from them overnight!! So far, so good with this one

I ke the fact you can add a card to it - but still am not happy that you cannot change out the battery. The camera does not have as many modes as my S4 did......

This is a great phone. Only 3 stars because you can't remove the battery. If your battery goes bad then your stuck with purchasing a whole new phone....

As an avid Samsung customer I have to say I am the least impressed with this phone...I went from an s5 to this and the battery life is terrible and I hardly use it for anything more than to text during the day....what a let down....i would have thought after reading all these gleaming reviews my battery would last ALL day not part of a day before I have to recharge...NOT IMPRESSED now im stuck with this for 2 years great:( And honestly the processor isnt that fabulous either

On right side of the button when accidentally sightly touch it will lower the ringtone volume by itself. So lot of time you can't hear the phone ring!!

I am slightly disappointed by the number of times this phone has frozen since I got it. I may have to look up some troubleshooting tips.

The microphone stopped working after only a couple months of use. My phone is nearly unusable without some kind of Bluetooth device. When I called Samsung to get a replacement (since it is obviously under warranty) the first thing they asked me was... "When was the last time you got your phone wet?" The answer to this question is never, but it still upset me they asked this question. They were immediately trying to pass fault, even though the Samsung website explains this phone can handle getting wet, and even being dunked in the water. They had a commercial where a rapper was walking around like an idiot pouring Champaign all over their phone.... come on Samsung... really. They went on to tell me that if I wanted a warranty replacement, then I would need to send them my phone and they would send me a new one in 10-14 business days. I use my phone for business, and this is unacceptable. I have been using a broken phone for about two months now, and have finally decided I am going to have to buy a new phone through insurance rather than using the warranty on my practically new $700 phone. With all the issues around Samsung lately I WOULD NOT RECOMEND BUYING THIS PHONE OR ANY OTHER SAMSUNG PRODUCT!

So far its good i had it for a while now but i only hate it that it heats up quickly.. scare of it blowing up

I haven't figured out all the options, dont see what the hype was about over the camera my galaxy s5 camera was better so far.

Had to upgrade my Samsung Galaxy S5 as it finally died. So far no problems with this phone. Battery doesn't last long though.

A little difficult to navigate at first, but once you get the hang of it, the phone works well. Has a great picture resolution!
