This is a very nice and very fast phone. So glad that Samsung brought back the SDcard expandability and water resistance that it skipped out on for last year's S6 models. Unfortunately we in the U.S. only get the minimal 32GB internal memory model - which in reality is only 25GB available when you first boot your phone. If you start installing lots of apps this small limit may become a problem down the line as Samsung opted out on the ability to use the SDcard as internal memory feature that is otherwise available with this Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. Keep these things in mind before purchasing. Other than that, I love this phone and hope the space limit doesn't arise too soon for me!

The phone looks nice but the phone app is terrible. The phone disconnects whenever you attempt to remove from your pocket to snswer. I use the phone for business and have missed several calls. Multiple times it rings, however cant answer because it launches what ever app you touch when pulling from your pocket....then the phone app is not on top so you can answer. The phone app also has a 'swipe to deny' function that cannot be disabled. This phone is cute but not very functional. I will never buy a samsung again.

Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. Cell phone techs are the best in the store. He took his time, didn't rush me to make a decision. I switched from a Galaxy S5 to a S7. I really should have taken the phone back and exchanged it. I don't like the changes Samsung made on the S7. I have recently noticed the longer I have it, it now gets hot when it charges. Something to watch for sure. Definitely recommend buying from Best Buy, but not this phone.

Bought this phone because I had to not because I wanted to. Just not that impressed. Even the simplest use of functions seems to be overly involved.

Samsung dropped the ball on the 7. I was happier with the 6 even with the malfunctions it had after the software upgrade. Needs better camera

The store and telephone associates were clueless regarding the purchase of a cell phone and the process coming from another carrier. There was a special offer, which was expiring, at the time I was trying to purchase and I, essentially, had to make a blind purchase to ensure I got the offer. Then, the website timed out in the middle of my purchase saying I was out of time; but, I was entering information. Terrible.

The case was not as durable as I had hoped. Even though it looked good, it still has to protect thw phone.1

Samsung should be ashamed of the s7 and the consideration that the screen is not covered when obviously it's a major defect. I had my phone 8 days and it really less than 6in on carpet even. Two major splits halfway down screen about four days later I sat phone and keys down on car seat less than 2 inches and it spiderwebed across bottom now too THIS IS RIDICULOUS SAMPSUNG

Unfortunately the rating system requires that I give this device at least 1 star... if possible I'd give no stars. I really hate this phone... small screen, not really different from my Galaxy 5 not different enough to upgrade, battery life is awful. Now I'm locked in for 2 years on a phone that was a legacy piece of technology the day I got it.

The camera is not the good and the keyboard is not that good . Wish I can get my iPhone back

They're still problems with the wireless connection if you try to use a Wi-Fi setup

Did not work, Best Buy member tried to help on 2nd day. Worked for another 2 weeks then broke again. Best Buy would not allow a return on a defective product. Now having to ship it for repair. What a huge price for a defective product that Best Buy will not stand by. Very dissatisfied customer.

Too slow, constantly freezing, constantly taking control over owner.

Average phone tooo expansive for the phone like galaxy 6 is better

The charge does not last long enough. Not a huge fan of the OS

The phone heats up sometimes, and has nice sound quality.

Had to already send it in for repairs. Would just shut down at anytime. Could not be repaired at the store and needed to be sent to Samsung to be fixed. Not even a month old. Would not recommend this phone.
