But they promised a samsung vr and i didn't receive it

Crashed 3 times in over a month, Samsung instructed me to return it to Best Buy but they refused to return it and the Avon store manager was rude and nasty and told me to get out of ''HIS store'' and to never come back. Will never shop at Best Buy ever again.

I love the editing. So many features. Would buy again.

The battery does not last as it says on the phone.

Broke within 24 hours wont turn on. Cost of phone $27 a month cost of screen protector $6. Not being able to take pictures at Christmas priceless!!

First phone overheated. Had to be charged 4 times per day. Second Samsung S7 does not get adequate service and does not work in Canada. Horrible service, horrible Sprint reps, horrible Best Buy experience. Everything horrible.

Had a case and screen protector that I bought from best buy. Phone still cracked. My son and husband have the same phone and also are already broken. Don't buy this phone.

Up dating brings down the reliability of the phone. Do not expect any real help from customer service... Replacing bad phones does not exist.. even on newly purchased phones...Best reason in the world for a I phone

The phone is ok but i cannot get any free radio apps that will play more than 1 song then stop. It ia annoying. Also it keeps renewing my trashed emails. None of these things happened wiyh my motto x.

Horrible horrible horrible phone.. Samsung does not make great products! phone is very slow and buggy it does not help that it runs android! Just stick with apple!

Would have been great if the guy selling this to my wife hadn't created a separate account on my Sprint bill and cost me 200 extra dollars on my last monthly bill!

I was just use to a Note. This phone is much smaller, I'm use to a bigger screen. But over all I think the phone is ok.

I purchased this phone new, and only three weeks after having it, my screen went completely black. I have to take it back to Sprint for a replacement.

Josh was so terrible with customer service that I took my business elsewhere and signed up with service for five phones somewhere else.
