Good except wifi issues

Tried everything suggested online. Seems lots o people have issues with it connecting to wifi. 2 days of Samsung support chatting & 2 factory resets and still not fixed. Their solution was to send in & they look at. Gonna try another wifi router. If that isn't the issue, will go to sprint to see if they can do anything since they have a loaner phone program. Love all the other features on the phone though. Changing lock screen background, battery saving modes, icon packs.
