I love my new phone, never thought I would have a Smarty Pants phone & I love it!! And the people at Best Buy are great, made me very comfortable, I love them!!! They made sure I left the store knowing all about my new toy its not easy going from a flip phone to an android but they " made it possible" !

I had to downgrade to this phone from my Note 7, so compared to it, it's a good phone.

I waited for a Note 7 but after realizing that wasn't going to happen I went with an S7 to replace my Note 4 and I couldn't be happier. With an external memory card slot and the android system I was used to it was a seamless transition.

The phone is not real big. So it fits in a lot of places. The microphone works good.

Everything about this phone is lovely it's a thin lightweight very durable phone with a great display. My only issue is the phone gets very hot if you're using multiple applications and sometimes while charging and using applications. It seems like it needs to be restarted before it will begin to cool down.

Replaced Galaxy 3 with a Galaxy 7. So much better than what I had because of the new features like block calls, Next Radio etc. My only complaint is that I Still haven't been able to pair my phone with my cars and wish there were written documentation to help understand the workings of the phone.

The Galaxy S-7 phone is a much improved version of previous Galaxy phones but it still comes with a few negatives. First, there is no ready to use manual that explains how to do very simple things nor is there any explanation of the many symbols you need to use. The phone comes with too many stupid games that I will never but are impossible to get rid of. This eats up a lot of battery life on a daily basis.

It was an up grade. I like the android system and the fact that it is water proof.

Camera is much bette still trying to learn new features but an improvement from galaxy 3

Replaced Samsung S5 with S7. Good upgrade of the phone with great familiar features

This phone performs well, but does tend to have hiccups if too many windows are open.

I really love how clear the pictures comes out and the camera is easy to work with.

I upgraded from the Galaxy S5 to the Galaxy S7. The phone is great and feels very well made. However, I discovered when I tried to use my MHL-HDMI Samsung Adapter; it did not work with the S7. I used the adapter with my S5 and worked great. I was very disappointed that Samsung removed MHL-HDMI support for this phone.

This is my second one I've purchased. This one is for my mom. She loves it

Jim my representative was fabulous. He helped me through the process and make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The Samsung S7 is a very fragile phone had I known that I would have never falling in love with all of its features. I have broken 2 S7's. They don't take much to get broken.

Very good phone, better memory than my other, needs Major improvement on the antenna.

Phone is great. Had a few issues with Internet browser locking up. Camera is awesome.

Its a metallic rose gold color and found a matching case in a stand in the mall it looks elegant and for the wife she loves it. The Samsung brand has been great as I and my family all own a cell phone product in the galaxy line up. This phone is great, would have preferred the note but battery issues have forced its recall but I will definitely upgrade again into the Samsung product line.

My new Samsung Galaxy S7 phone is so amazing and the pictures come out beautiful.
