    Always liked android more than Apple. Switched to an LG g4 after the s5 but bad to send it back because of a defect. Went back to samsung.

    Good product but help at Best Buy was almost non-existant! You shouldn't have promos if you aren't going to educate your staff about them.

    Good phone lots of features but get a protective case as the back off the phone is glass and will crack if dropped .
