The phone did not come with a user manual in the Box. You have to go online to find it. I still haven't done that. I HATE Bixby. It's annoying and I'm always hitting it by accident. Although it does make me even more lazy when I'm trying to close my apps. I just realized that when view my pictures in the gallery I can zoom out or in, and the thumbnails adjust for better viewing. Do not like the size of the screen. My S6 was bigger. I do like the front facing camera options. Over all is a great phone and I do love that it is waterproof.

Unfortunately but fortunately there were none available and had to jump to the S8, which is an awesome phone. Amazing screen, bigger than my son's iphone 8 and everything works so smoothly. Definitely recommend for anyone hooked on androids.

Customer service was EXCELLENT at the Best Buy Mobile store. The 2 B's (Beth & Ben) represent Best Buy Mobile very well and I will continue to go there before anywhere else for phone servicing. Love them two just as much as the phone...LOL
