There is so much going on with S8 that I still don't know all the features it has. Call clarity is amazing, the Bluetooth connection is strong. The infinity screen is the best, Samsung has outdone themselves. Even with a system upgrade, I've had no problem with data or speed of the CPU.

The unit is great in every aspect, the reason for a lacking star is no touch sensitiveitty adjustmen optoin. After we had installed a tempered glass, my wife has to push twice as hard to type a word and etc. And guess where all tbe complains and nagging end up. Yea my department.. Other than that i have no complain about tbe phone

I switched over to this phone from an LG and I loved it for the first year and a half. Then, the most recent update has completely screwed up my entire phone. I randomly don't get notifications, my texts jump around in order in a conversation thread, I don't receive phone calls sometimes, I'm really disappointed as I just finished paying it off. It will be two years this July 28th.

Love this phone. Love the price. Great phone. Great memory and long charging life.

I love my phone! My daughter and husband also got one. I usually hate upgrading my phone because it takes me a while to get used to a new one. But the people at Best Buy answered all my questions and made my experience even better! It has faster internet, Great calling features, etc!

Easy to use, but all glass afraid I’ll break it. Without a case it slides off most surfaces.

I like how all samsung products link up. Easy to use. Phone was still pricy.

I really like the sleek look of the S8. I’m really worried about cracking the curved glass.

I bought this phone for my wife on upgrade from an S7 Edge. She likes the phone. For me, It is odd to not have a button on the front and the finger print sensor on the back. She has adjusted. I have an S7 but will wait until a sensor is under the screen> I am not a fan of Face sensors just yet. As far as the interface of the S8, I would have not problem adjusting to the new gestures and on screen controls.

Due to raised curved screen, ZAGG cover does not stay on. Phone slid off the couch onto the floor day 1 and ZAGG popped off shattering glass. Screen does not respond to swipe. It takes 5-6 swipes to get response and battery runs down really quickly. One day and battery is dead. I DON'T play games, watch videos etc. I only talk and text so there should be no reason for dead battery. I would not purchase it again.

This is an upgrade for my wife. Pleased thus far, battery life much better than earlier phones

Upgraded my (Verizon) phone from an S6 and I haven't been sorry. My carrier didn't have any incentives in any of their locations or online but Best Buy sure did! They also have a Samsung pro on site that facilitated my upgrade. Great Best Buy service and great Samsung service.

I haven't had any issues. I just don't care for the Bixby part. I don't use it.

This phone is so similar to the Samsung Galaxy 6 Edge that I had been using previously that it was super easy to adapt to the new phone. I am still learning about some of the new features, specifically Bixby, and I'm confident that I'll manage to figure everything out.

The phone is nice. Beautiful screen. I mainly upgraded for the camera which I absolutely love

This was my boyfriend's choice of phone for his upgrade from the Samsung galaxy S5. He really likes it. He says it fits really well in his hand. It also came with a free wireless charging pad. The one thing that's weird is the USB C charger which is a different shape than the other chargers we have so I can't borrow it to use with my son's Kindle Fire tablet or my Samsung GS7 phone, but I think he likes it that way.

The S8 has everything needed in a smart phone in a size that still fits into a pocket,.

I like the phone because it is easy to use and has a ton more memory than my previous phone.

Reviews claiming this is the best phone available are probably true...phone is more advanced than this user! The only irritant is the screen often covers the "back" arrow at the bottom, so you always have to move the screen edge up to show the arrow...fairly irritating...

I love the phone. Very disappointed that there aren't readily available protective glass covers that get great reviews. Within 2 weeks of getting my phone and researching screen protectors, I decided to wait. And my worse fear was realized. Phone (with a cover on the back) dropped from a distance of 2 feet and the screen is toast. SAMSUNG-Stop rushing to get the product out the door before accessories are available.
