Due to many new and changed features I felt uncomfortable getting up to speed with my S8. After about a week some things are getting easier but unlike many others I don't spend hours on a phone each day. It would be nice to have an option on startup to enable old options for folks who need to get useful right away and ease into the new functions (and how to use the old functions in the new ways).

Not reviewing the phone but rather the service at the store. Associate went above and beyond. The was no inventory at store but he found elsewhere. He offered to go get and save me the trouble of running around to get. That makes a difference and IS appreciated.

I like everything about this phone. It does so much beyond what I have figured out, but it is exciting to explore and learn new things. The only negative is the way you access the phone initially-particularly in low light situations (as compared with the Samsung 5).

I have had this phone for 2 years and it has been great. No issues. Updates always work. Works great on WIFI Calling and with Verizon. One of the only phones that I think I will keep for awhile. Normally I always get a new phone every 2 years.

Typically Samsung quality. Narrow profile not an issue although I thought it would be. Curved screen edges may look nice but are impractical from a protection point of view. Screen protectors seem to struggle to fit securely. I have not seen a good one that fits.

I like the phone for the most part. The curved screen makes it easy to crack though.

I have only had the phone about a month. Only 2 things I really don't like so far. #1 I don't like how the edge slants down, can't get a phone case that is higher on the edges. I don't feel the face will be very protected in a fall. #2 it has a bigger zoom on the camera, but if you use it the pictures are fuzzy. I upgraded from an S5 solely because it wasn't getting any phone updates anymore.

My s5 was getting old and slow, I need a faster phone and the s8 has been working great.

Old phone was crushed by accident, needed to replace quickly. Staff was great, professional, and very helpful. Got me into a new phone quickly and easily, within 1/2 hour I had a new phone at a great price and was out the door. Glad I chose to go into Best Buy.

Huge samsung fan and this one doesn't disappoint. Has the best features of all the generation's and love that I can unlock with my face or eyes. Took a little to navigate as apps are set up differently than my previous s5, but didn't take long to get the flow.

This is my second Samsung phone. I am very satisfied with it and I am still learning all it's capabilities. Best Buy Samsung does offer classes to get the full use of the phone which I just haven't had a chance to take. The store rsps are always so helpful.

Galaxy S8 has great features including camera and multitasking operation

The Samsung S8 phone is very nice. It is easy to use and a big improvement over the S7.

This phone has all kinds of stuff to do with the camera. My wife and daughter loves it.

Sure, you expect a great camera, fast loading apps, and a sleek design. But what I didn't count on was the sound quality. When you are speaking to another Samsung Galaxy 8 customer the sound quality is as good as standing next to them. It's that clear...

Have had many Samsung Galaxy phones. Still like them. The S8 has the usual great features of Samsung Galaxy. I did switch from the S8 Plus to the S8 because I didn't like the larger size so much for trying to get it out of my pocket. Still learning the new features.

Nice upgrade from the S3 we had. Call quality is excellent and camera very good

I traded 7 edge camera is better but nothing else is that exciting. Good phone so far

After having iPhones all her life, my daughter asked for an Android phone, and I advised her that she would probably like the Samsung devices. She absolutely loves this phone and has had no issues with it whatsoever in the 6 months she's had it.
