I had a Galaxy S5 for 3 years+. I was extremely happy with the upgrade to the S8. The functionality was a smooth transition, retaining the good and adding useful new features. Kudos to the design team. The display is stunningly beautiful and gives me better control on the keyboard display than the prior S5. I confident this phone will serve me well for and equal length on time or more.

We bought this as an upgrade for our teenage son. He had no issues getting used to some of the new features from the S6. The look is sleek and so far we love it!

We recently upgraded our Galaxy s4 phones and the s8 is amazing in comparison.

I've been wanting to upgrade my phone but didn't want to pay so much per month. The Black Friday price was half the regular cost. So far, I love this phone.

I love my phone. The color is beautiful and the functionality of the phone is great. It has many wonderful features you would expect from a Samsung product.

As the S9 launch approached, I shopped for the best deal on two S8s (one for me and one for my wife). Several phone service companies were offering 2 for 1 sales, but the contract required the unlimited data plans. With fiber service at home, I didn't need that data amount. The Best Buy price and rebates beat the long-term data contract costs by a mile. Very happy with the phone.

The time was reached to replace the wifes phone and this phone was the closest in layout and operation as her old phone making the change rather painless.

Love the Bixby feature and the ease of use...the camera takes exceptional photos .

This is not my first Samsung smartphone, but it sure is the best one. Beautiful screen; easy to hold in my hand; very responsive to touch. I really like the ability to add an sd card in order to upgrade the memory. I was able to purchase during a Bestbuy sale, so I saved over $300 versus purchasing the exact same phone directly from my carrier. I could not be happier with my purchase.

I purchased this phone after being a long time iPhone user. I was tired of the same old same old with Apple products and decided it was time for a change. I decided to get myself a Samsung S8 and I haven't looked back! This phone had everything that I had been looking for. The camera is great, expandable memory is awesome, and the display is gorgeous. It was a great change for me!

Great phone after a month of use. Only problems are the edges may get in the way as I hold the phone by it's edge. Samsung's applications are missing some expected default applications, but they could be downloaded from the appstore with some research.
