We actually agree on our phone upgrades this time as this one fixed all the previous glitches. Love the Samsung !

I'd had a Samsung Note 3 and wanted the Note 8, but price was a deterrant. I was thrilled to take advantage of a Black Friday half price sale. The Samsung 8 has met all my expectations and more. I enjoy how fast it is, it gets better reception than my old phone, has many features I haven't even explored yet.

This phone has an excellent camera and the way they look and how fast the applications move, it's great how it works

Just starting to get familiar with it. I like the size and the look of the screen. Did not like the Verizon text ap.

I had a Galaxy s5 so getting the s8 was a huge jump forward. It has beautiful photo quality smooth resolution. It's a very fast phone and I love the storage capacity. Only negative thing is the Bixby button, I keep pressing it on accident and I don't like the headphone jack outlet on the bottom of the phone.

Got this phone on sale and I'm still learning but so far has done everything great. The oled screen is amazing!

I am really loving this phone especially on the Verizon network. I previously had a Samsung Galaxy S5 on Sprint and liked it but had no idea what I was missing. This phones camera, sound quality, display, different messaging features offered through Verizon are just phenomenal. I am so glad we decided to upgrade.

Flagship phone at the time. The s8 has more features than I will ever learn to use. It's an amazing piece of technology. The camera is fantastic. There are a few downsides. The facial recognition can be very spotty in execution, too slow at times. It's mostly more convenient to simply draw your pattern to unlock the phone. The wrap around glass, while beautiful, makes the screen very susceptible to cracking if dropped (much more so than the s7).

Got this as my husband's upgrade. He enjoys it. The only complaint I've heard is the swipe texting isn't good.

This was a family experience made smooth and easy for six people. We all understood the basics before we left.

My wife has the same phone I do. However, she hasn't used it yet to determine if she has same problems with the fingerprint reader as I did I will update this review as her experience continues.

The buying process was easy and safe. I would recommend buying from best buy before going to Carriers Stores.

This is a really nice phone. It has so many features and I haven't discovered all of them yet. Very fast and great resolution. I replaced a Galaxy S6 (lost it) and am so glad I chose this one over a S7. Fits well in my small hands and I like the fingerprint sensor on the back of the phone. No trouble reaching it.

I finally convinced my mom to upgrade from a Samasung S4 Mini to the Galaxy S8. She actually loves the phone.

New phone has excellent picture quality. It is heavier than older models. Very similar screen to samsung s6 edge.

The S8 is a great phone by all accounts, but I just love the Apps Edge menu. It makes so many things so easy.

Like all the special features -- and recommend a Samsung class to learn how to use them. The iris tech phone lock works great. Hart to get a fingerprint in, but once I did it also worked very well. Love camera. One small disadvantage -- keyboad a little small to use easily, however this is offset by how nicely phone fits in my hand. Am going to try Samsung Pay as well. Looks like a great way to avoid carrying around all my credit and membership cards.

I am a Samsung fan ... NOW I'm a Samsung/Best Buy fan! First time purchasing at Best Buy ... I'll be back!!!

I bought this phone for my teenage son, and he LOVES it. Built well. Amazing display.. Quick and responsive.
