The phone & features are great. The only complaint is touching the home screen icon was easier when there was an actual button to push.

I am not tech adverse by any means but for "tools" I often wait for a good reason to change. A recent drone purchase required an updated phone. Of course the update required me to learn a new interface and a few new apps but the thing just works as intended. Even had a great experience with the Verizon agent via chat (or was it a very good AI?!?!).

Been iPhone user. Changed to the Samsung and so glad i changed!!

Used to have an iPhone and wanted to try something new. Read about some drawbacks about battery life some had experienced, but I haven’t seen any of these issues. Phone charges super fast too. So far I’m happy with the switch.

$300 off for an s8?! talk about a no brainer. Here i am with 2 s7 edges, payhin $33 a piece. Now i only pay $35 for 2 s8's! super happy with my upgrade and Daniel, the guy who helped ne was super awesome and efficient. Thanks BB!!!

No troubles with this phone. Loved my s7 and this is similiar. I do have difficulty with the photo gallery but that is probably just me.

Great upgrade from S6. The fingerprint lock screen works great.

I upgraded my Samsung from a S5 to a S8. So far it's a great phone, except don't care for the position of the buttons accessing Bixby.

Works as expected. Long time Samsung Galaxy user/buyer. Not a fan of color choices, would have preferred white, pink, or gold options.

So far my experience with the Galaxy S8 has been as expected. Perfect screen, great response, great sound, great camera. Hoping that everything continues to go smoothly. The only thing that I don't like about it is the Bixby button.

Love this phone! It's definitely been "unboxed." The camera is great. Still getting used to Bixby though. I havent completely gotten the hang of everything this phone offers yet but I am excited to keep playing with it and find out.

I love this phone. I had the galaxy 7, never liked that one, this 8 has great features that you can use every day. I like the finger print in the back and the picture feature where you just say smile and it snaps the shot. Great

Fully functional & easy to use & updated & great camera clearness

I was definitely in need of an upgrade considering I had an S4 still. This phone was exactly what I was looking for. Great all around phone so far. Excellent camera and picture. Huge screen but the phone fits comfortably in my hand.
