Purchased online via Best Buy, received phone and could not activate. According to Sprint IMEI traced to another customer. Phone was sold as new not preowned or refurbished. Plus serial number didn't match what was on box. Upsetting situation all the way around. Ended up just getting an IPhone.

When I got the phone home and opened the box the screen was distorted. I was told by Best Buy support that even though I bought online I had to return in store. It was a terrible experience.

Switched from an iPhone 6s and not going back

I took the plunge and got the galaxy s8 and I am glad I did, you can do so much more with android than with IOS. I was able to transfer my contacts, pictures, calendar, alarms, music and other stuff super easy from the iPhone 6s to the galaxy s8 using a cable that you hook up from the iphone directly to the s8. Battery life is very good, got through a whole day of work with moderate phone use and made it back home with almost 80%. I definitely recommend this phone, my only nitpick with this phone is how delicate the back glass is, I have seen drop tests and you definitely want a protective case even if you have never dropped a phone in your life. Better safe than sorry.

Great while it lasted

However, unfortunately I am looking for a newer phone due to this one being over over 6 yrs old. As with any phone overtime, this one is starting to overheat with too much use.

Camera is outstanding better then the 5,slide and swirl with this phone. don,t need skype has something called duo really like it.

The only downside is the switch to USB-C charger type. Plus side, there is an adaptor to go from Micro-USB to the new Type C.
