I put off shopping for a new phone and service plan because of every prior experience i had to endure before checking out best buy. In fact I had just purchased a new Alcatel phone just three weeks before from metro pcs. That phone went swimming in the toilet. Believe it or not I wasn't upset I hated the phone and very much wanted to go back to Verizon!
