Happy with the Change

I decided to try the Android and have been very happy not only with the phone but with the outstanding deal that Best Buy gave me. The deal Best Buy gave me was far better than my phone carrier. I'm happy I made the change.

I am really liking the phone as of 6-2-2017

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy 7s, but it would not hold a charge. Since I live in Conway AR I took my concern to the Best Buy in Conway since it was not performing well. The lady that helped me orginally in NLR was wonderful and very courteous. However, the staff at the Conway store were not. I hate even having to go into this store and it is almost worth driving to North Little Rock. However, I was allowed to change phones and I will say despite the bad service I received at the Conway store, so far I really like my new Samsung 8s Plus!
