Too much phone for the average person

There's no way they would have been able to set up these devices on their own. After many hours of setup however the phones are useful. Generally speaking there are way too many cutesy features that are unnecessary and confuse the user interface. You need to be very careful with the security privileges for downloaded apps, most all default to use everything on your phone where most need one or two features only. If you are not tech savy and don't need the bells and whistles and complete configuration control go with an iPhone.
