I love the picture quality and size. In general it is a great phone; however, I feel I am barely scratching the surface of what it is capable.

I had an apple 6-s for over 2 years. it was starting to fail. It just did not work like it did when it was new!! The features would not work on the first try. The screen seemed not to be as clear as when it was new. The S-8+ was a world of difference. It was clear and worked. Many new features that I am learning about

The hardware is substantial and consistent. The software upgrades need more debugging. All in all a terrific value. LOVE the camera.

I had a Galaxy Note 4 that I upgraded. The Note 4 began having so many issues that I had to upgrade. I bought the S8+ because I'm used to larger phones. There are so many features associated with this phone. I love the ability to log into multiple accounts and apps with my fingerprint instead of remembering passwords.

I love this phone! I especially like how anything on my screen fills the screen completely, to the edges. That's something different and I like it.

Love the phone front camera is not the best, but takes amazing pictures, great sound, LOVE LOVE LOVE the headphones and the phone does not heat up.

Very fragile. Front has cracked twice and the back cracked 3 times. Very disappointing for the price

I expected a better quality...phone burnt out after 5 months...had to get a replacement phone...was not happy with this...considering going to iPhone...next upgrade...still deciding...

Love that my phone doesn't freeze up and my bluetooth devices work. Takes really nice photos. Hard time getting 4G where I work though.

This is a very nice phone. After using apple for many years I just wanted a change. Samsung makes it very easy to make the switch with their switch app. All of my music, contacts, old text conversations and everything else all switched over with ease. Very pleased and no complaints after a few weeks of use.

Very nice slim phone, no problems. Still trying to learn Bixby, which comes with it, and all that it does, and to decide if I like it. Phone is slim, which is nice but personally I think I'm still a fan of the Note phones, just couldn't wait any longer, my old Note phone broke. This is a good runner up.

Everything I could want and more. Same characteristics as the S7 edge, but the curve/screen does not protrude as far out. Love it's features!

Beautiful phone! Haven't had any issues so far except for a few times it tended to lag a little but I think that was just glitches in the apps I was using. After reinstalling the apps, they have worked fine ever since. The phone is very quick and responsive and I love the feel and how it fits in my hand.

Went with the S8+ for the gorgeous display. Had some flaws with the random restarting/locking from AOD, but they have appeared to be fixed.

I really don't like Bixby. I do wish that Best Buy could work out a deal with more exclusive colors such as yellow or red or green
