    I am glad I got the phone and have enjoyed the larger screen. I am a little disappointed in the service at Best Buy and their knowledge of the products and plans that were available.

    Very disappointed. They devoted a physical button on the side of the phone which activates Bixby. Bixby absolutely sucks compared to Google and Alexa voice assistants. TERRIBLE! To add insult to injury they will not allow you to remove Bixby and use Google with that same physical button.
