I got this phone for my son. I have a note 8 and he wasn't interested in the extra features. he loves this phone, the styling, screen size and speed. He puts his phone through the paces and hasn't missed a step with this phone.

I am really enjoying my Samsung Galaxy 8+ 64GB. The camera is excellent! I enjoy that I can add a memory card for added storage and the processor is very fast. It's a sharp looking device and I was hesitant about it having curved edge displays, but I just don't use them. When I initially purchased it, the device didn't have the ability to cast the screen (which was a big issue because I had been casting Netflix on my home tv from my older Samsung device). A recent update, has now added the casting so all is well!

I've owned many Samsungs since my Note 2. This is by far the best yet. Battery life is perfect, I don't worry about charging all day. Size is good for large hands and small. Da wife and I both have this phone. Perfecto Mundo

I finally have a phone I'm able to see with minimal squinting and difficulty. The large screen allows me to see what I've been missing with prior phones. Shortcuts allow ready access to apps with minimal navigational issues.

The camera is great, a little slow with the HDR on, but take it off and it runs well. The screen is a plus and the edge, if you program it for what you like, is pretty nice too. The keyboard was weird as it didn't want to always work along the edge with Swype, but getting the Google keyboard has fixed it and I haven't looked back. I'm not sold on the elongated screen, but when you compare the definition to older phones, the screen blows them away. And the battery life is great on the 8+, possibly the best I have had.

I love the Samsung Galaxy S8+ phone. The size of the screen and the clarity of the display makes it easy to see. It is comfortable to hold and use. It works well! Smooth transitions between apps. Loads of features.

So far I really love it. The extra screen size is very noticeable coming from a Galaxy S6. The battery life easily last me 3 to 4 hours longer than my Previous phone. The Galaxy S8 plus also boots up very fast, runs applications in a snap, And has yet to even feel slightly hot. The only drawback I found so far is finding a tempered glass screen protector as the majority of them only have glue on the outsides of the screen. But this is not the phone's fault and hopefully I'll be able to find one soon

As someone who's last Samsung device was the Galaxy S4 I can absolutely say in the years I've been away using Apple that Samsung has absolutely stepped up their build quality for their flagship phones. The display is so nice and the build feels so good in the hand that it almost feels wrong to put a screen protector or case on the S8 Plus. For such a massive screen the size of the phone is very manageable. The camera is great and the overall preformance is so fast. Absolutely love this phone.

This phone is perfect in every way! The size is great and makes for a better viewing experince as well as the high quality screen. Its a little heavier but the weight and size allows me to grip it better (which means me not dropping it). The updated features built into the phone are amazing and i havent had to download as many apps because the features i need are already on the phone. I dont even use my cannon camera anymore. I like that it comes with more built-in storage than the old phones.

Read Best Buys ad about the $350 deal on the new Samsung phones. I was out shopping the Sunday after Thanksgiving and decided to stop in Best Buy to check them out. Discussed the 3 options (S8, S8+, NOTE-8) with the BB Tech and decided the S8+ was the best choice for me. I've had the phone for 3 weeks and I am very happy with it. Great network connection (Verizon) and Wi-Fi at all available locations. Phone works great, and yes I do use it as a phone too... lol. Battery life is so much better than my Note-5, full charge lasts and entire day plus with normal use. Oh... and thank you BB for the deal... with the $350 discount I'm paying less than $20 a month with Verizon for 24 months ($468 total cost). Thank you BB!

This is my second Samsung phone and I find it improved over my earlier phone. Battery life is excellent and the camera seems to take much better pictures in darker settings than my daughters iphone.

I really didn't see how much better I could like a phone over my S7 Edge, but somehow this phone is just faster and more polished than ever. The screen is gorgeous and I don't see what people are complaining about for the Fingerprint scanner I can find it easy since I have a case on it and can feel the edge of it. Iris scanning is fast and amazing also. An amazing phone. Battery life has been fantastic also. I can go more than a day if needed no problem with moderate usage.

There is simply no flaws to the phone! Pros - Super wide screen that gives you the feel of a true widescreen TV. Excellent camera. Battery life is amazing! Speakers are decently loud. Water proof. Love that it has both the Iris and fingerprint sensor. Con - only to nitpick, but the switch to USB-C for a charger. HOWEVER, they give you TWO adapter pieces to go to Micro USB and one to go to regular USB size... so need for additional purchase!!! So again. No flaws!

Was looking to change phones when my prvious contract expired and went to Samsung 8 Plus. Love the phone. Easy to set up, and very easy to use. Lots of great features. Overall just a great phone.

I really enjoy this phone. I had gone from an S7 Edge to the LG V20, now to the S8 Plus. Gorgeous display and the battery lasts me a full day with moderate to heavy use. The speaker is nice and loud, but can be completely muted if covered. This is definitely the best version of TouchWiz so far. The Bixby button has taken some getting used to. I accidentally press it when trying to turn down the volume. I don't mind the placement of the fingerprint scanner. I have mistaken my camera lens for it, but only a few times. Otherwise, definitely use the iris scanner. It's amazing and really fast! The glass is a fingerprint magnet, but the phone design is beautiful. Only thing missing from this device is a dual camera, but it's existing camera is a great. The best low light pics I've taken so far. I recommend this one.

I purchased this phone for myself, and then one for my mother who is in her 80's. It's simple to use, and the camera takes great pictures. Very pleased with this phone, and highly recommend it.

If you like the Galaxy series, you will love this phone. The screen is what truly sets it apart, and to me that is the most important thing, it is what you are always looking at. In 1440p mode, it is just beyond amazing. And even in 1080p it is great! The camera works well at all light exposures and is very snappy. No lag issues with any app. Only issue is some videos get cropped on YouTube if you want it to fit the screen. It does have a non standard aspect ratio.

Great phone. Just the right size. Wonderful camera. Fast processor. Good battery life.

I have had Samsung phones for the past 4 years, and have been happy with them. This was no different. It has great screen, memory, and the battery life is great (48 hours without charging).

Traded in my s7 for the new s8+. Size is perfect. Fast processor. Battery lasts forever. Screen is brilliant.
