After struggling over various price discounts at several places, I returned to Best Buy for this upgrade purchase due to the anticipated in house knowledge and hands on help in moving from an older phone to this new one. Not disappointed. Beyond the phone being so very nice, the knowledgeable in house Verizon & Samsung reps were great. Way too easy from what I was expecting. Further, with the BB protection plan, any needed repairs are also done in house by the Geeks, who are Samsung certified techs. I very much like all that "in house" handling. Very pleasant experience.

The new S8+ is a great phone with a long lasting battery (after playing with a bunch of the settings). As a former Motorola user, it took some time getting acclimated to the Samsung layout, but only a few days at the most. It is not a perfect device but it is perhaps the best option on the market today.

Love everything about the phone except the screen scratches very easily. I expected the Gorilla Glass 5 to be very tough but it is easier to scratch than any other phone I've ever had. Never used a screen protector on my S5 or S7 Edge and 0 scratches. First trip with the S8 and 4 scratches on the screen

Great phone with a great battery life. Only complaint is it's hard to find a tempered glass screen protector that works well (most only seal at the edges.

This was an upgrade from my flip phone. The Galaxy 8+ camera is the best. The photos are outstanding, picture perfect. I wish I upgraded a long time ago.

I'm glad that I decided to buy the Samsung S8+. It works great. I love the features. I'm not a very technical person but what I can do on the phone, I love.

Its a great phone, very clear pictures and videos. I love that it has a finger print sensor to be able to unlock the phone. It has a lot of great settings.

What an amazing phone! It functions beyond expectations! Be sure to get a screen protector. The screen will break if you drop it!

Feels amazing just at the grip smooth feel, camera amazing makes u feel like a pro. Best galaxy ever definitely going to give Apple a run for there money.

The phone does everything you need it to do . Very fast . Only bad thing is that the screen might be too big. It's hard to hold without touching the screen

Great phone. I never really got to use all of the features. However, the Camara takes good pictures and the phone was always clear.

The phone works great. So far the Battery is holding a charge for a couple of days. I have had no problem accessing the internet through my Verizon Plan

Took a little bit to figure out some things because it is different from the 7 but overall no issues navigating around. Takes great pics even zooming in.

This is a stellar upgrade for Samsung users the camera is outstanding and beats the Iphone hands down. Other features and more data space is also a plus

Samsung just keeps getting better and better. Love the large size - wasn't sure since I hadn't had one this large before. Now I can't live with out it.
